Ohh. This sounds like it could be fun, it would be better when the number of bladers rises (particularly in the north of England).
because everyone meets up with people and beyblade thats all well and good and if you like the game then u will have fun. I just dont see how someone can be against blading as a team Confused attleast the way i said it because no1 will hold anyone back if your the best 3 or 4 in the country. You go out their and blade and try and win for yourself but also your friends its just like any team hobby or sport. Im someone who likes to blade by himself to but i dont mind that idea lol but im aware that could be just me.
But, look at other hobbies that rely on solo performance, such as Magic: the Gathering ... there are no teams. It doesn't make sense to have a team in a game where your teammates cannot help you! Real life is not an anime, guys!

It just makes so much more sense to not reduce your potential amount of competitors by forming teams. I would rather form rivalries with the Bladers near me.

Plus, Beyblade teams have always been really silly, with team members "focusing" on a specific type. The problem with this that it makes you an incredibly easy target for any skilled Blader; that is, a Blader who knows how to use every type of Beyblade. Plus, in the current climate of there being so few Bladers, Beyblade teams simply don't make any sense ...

But the fact is that it isn't a team sport, you will not gain anything, gameplay wise, if you play in a team.

lol to be honest i know nothing about about magic: the gathering. But if you look at yugioh! there are tag teams duels now (thought they killed it with the rules they made) i dont believe people are suggesting teams just to make it like the anime i think the key word here is FUN. I agree with you but with alot of what your saying.
I love forming rivalries i love making a reputation for myself (though i believe you can also do that in a team).

The main thing i agree with is the last thing you said. Your right atm there still isnt anywhere near enough people to hae heaps of teams left right an centre. But in the future i would like to see my idea with the country teams lol but i do agree with what you said brad Smile
yu-gi-oh tag team is different in that you can actually co-operate with other players in YGO

you can't in beyblade

are you sure about that? in the rules i played in (which are the official ones down here) you cant say anything to your oponent and even need to sit on the oposite side of the table Confused which to me realy took the fun out of it.
You can still play off of each other's moves.

lol yeah thats true and if i can recall correctly you can also give your partner your monster. Still though i think the rules for it are pathetic.
I 2nd the yugioh! tag duels bit but for me personally i dont mind if someone asked for me to be on their team and i liked them id join otherwise its solo battles all the way.
Like I said, Team Canada would own everyone anyway.
lol team australia would be good with me in it Smile
USA and Canada have like all the good beybladers.. I can't say that actually as I don't know how good everyone is ... Pinching_eyes_2

Cool Damn straight!

I don't get the whole beyblade teams thing (no one ever did those when I was a kid). However I would totally be for a club.

I had beyblade teams to when I was a kid, we hanged out in our beyblade 'team' and just challenged other 'teams'
Oh, yeah. It was Kei I meant.
Sorry I thought you were saying that at me as you posted it under mine ... my bad..
Ugh, no. I mean the UK is in for some contention, that was aimed at you. Then Khel said Synth did not live in Canada, when I meant Kei, but wrote Synth X-X
