TM and Ultimate Kcpj

Thanks. I tries to give it a unique look. Took me a while.

Lol, did I start a chain reaction. I asked for feedback, and now everyone is!

someone just stole the competition! AMAZING BEY, but you may lose points for using Nebular Hydra. Kinda the same thing as mine, but hey, adding a R could give you more creative points. Point is, NICE WORK!!

Sorry man...i never checked the thread until a few days...never thought of repeats...real sorry...well hope an 'r' saves the day...i just hope i didnt spoil anyone's entry with multiple repeats... Smile

Wow you are INCREDIBLE at drawing. Your bey looks magnificent. I would definitely buy it.

Thank you very much...i really appreciate it... Smile
Face Bolt: Supernova
The Face Bolt depicts "Supernova", that is a stellar explosion that releases tremendous amount of energy. As with other 4D Face Bolts, it is 0.1 grams heavier than the original Face Bolts.

4D Clear wheel: Supernova
Supernova has a design which shows Gravitational collapse of a star. It is translucent blue in colour with red stripes at the boundaries of the clear wheel. The Energy Ring is heavier and stronger since it contains metal filings that give it a glittery effect and also the lope through which the facebolt gets inside is made up of iron ring which shows the highly compressed neuron containing core.

Fusion Wheel: Cosmic
The Cosmic Metal Wheel has a two parts metal frame and a core. It has a total of two to six major contact points depending on the mode used .It suggests that the Wheel possesses almost an incomparable amount of Smash Attack and in another mode great offensive characteristics. This Wheel is almost completely identical to the Vulcan Fusion Wheel, but is heavier and better for attacking and offensive nature. It will be considered one of the best right spin fusion wheels of all Beyblades if made in real.
Metal Frame
The Metal Frame has two walls with a square-like curve on each of them. There are also two smaller wings like protrusions sprouting out of the frame opposite to each other and at a angle of 90% if we take walls as a line which exactly fixes into the core. It is silver in colour. The two smaller wings like protrusions are major contact points of metal frame.
Core
The Core resembles the Big Bang Core but instead of three spikes it has two spikes. However these spikes are placed as two semi-circular prominences similar to Vulcan wheel.
It has a striking resemblance to the Vulcan Fusion Wheel with two sloped semi-circular prominences. It has two modes, "Berserk Attack Mode" and the other one that is "Ultimate defense Mode". In "Ultimate Offense Mode" the protrusions on one side turn into one sloped semi-circular prominence and in the "Berserk Attack Mode" metal frame and its protrusions gets seprated from the core and create a highly offensive wheel as it divides the sloped semi-circular prominences from 1 to 2 parts as they [wings like protrusions] are the center of the prominence. These modes can be switched by adjusting [rotating] the Metal Frame on the Core. It is smaller than the Hell Wheel but total of two semi-circular prominences and two smaller wings gives breath to its design
4D Bottom: Nova Core (N:C)
Nova Core is a 4d bottom and has a mode-changing feature as its mechanism is like final drive but instead of using centrifugal force it uses clutches that were used in engine gear in the old beyblade series. Arming the clutch reveals and locks the defense tip so that it can save its stamina and keep the bey in defensive mode too and when making contact with the opposing blade, the vibrations caused by the striking of the bey may release the clutch and thus, the defense tip will retracts leaving place to the Metal Flat .Metal Flat variant in the bottom is a wide Flat Tip made of Metal, which has replaced the rubber part of final drive giving it an offensive movement. However, since Metal has more friction than plastic tips it has more Defense and speed, however, unlike XF, and WF it can keep the sliding shoot's pattern and also MF has more stamina than RF/R2F/WF/F/XF/LRF/LF/Q. It circles around the stadium very fast. It is of a similar height to 135wd when the Defense Tip is out.

Idea and why I choose cosmic supernova:

Well when I was young I was very interested in the astronomy and specially blackhole which came into existence after the supernova. As the theme was space so the first think that clicked in my mind was supernova only so I choose to use it as a part of my bey and cosmic came into my mind from the term “cosmic rays” which are energetic charged subatomic particles, originating from outer space so I added it too as both the words when said with each other sounds good. I choose defense tip as a part of nova core cause the cycle of conversion of supernova into a black hole or a neuron star takes many years and metal flat cause the core of the supernova is very dense and also it is compared to the supernova explosion which releases tremendous amount of energy and often briefly outshines an entire galaxy, before fading from view over several weeks or months.

Special Thanks to:

A million thanks to kai-v and other mods for organizing such an awesome event, beywiki for giving useful information about different parts and gear system ,Akira’sdaddy for his vids which helped me to understand the mechanism of final drive and to google using which I checked out space related sites and got info about cosmic rays and supernova.

Even after such hard work...the chances of winning look as slim as none...but...who cares...i had fun...all the entries are really something to behold... Smile
Alas, here is my entry! Tongue_out

Name: Retrograde Ouranos B:C

Type: Defense, Left Spin

Overview: (Click to View)
Retrograde Ouranos B:C uses a new form of Beyblade. Just as there are Smash Attackers and Recoil Attackers, this bey is a Topple Defender. The beyblade purposely has an unbalanced clear wheel and an asymmetrical and angled Metal Wheel. This takes the advantage of low-defense combos, and takes it to a new level. With the unbalanced Clear Wheel, the blade starts to topple/wobble, as if it had a Sharp bottom. This is so the bey only needs to defend a small perimeter, without the need for a lower track or shorter bottom. When the beyblade is tilted at a 30° angle, the largest wall will be completely vertical.

Face: Ouranos (Click to View)
The face depicts Uranus, the Greek deity of the Sky. It also represents the planet Uranus, the seventh planet from the Sun. On the face, Uranus' planetary symbol is drawn, with a ring around it. This ring represents Uranus' asteroid ring. Above it, the name Ouranos is printed.

Clear Wheel: Ouranos (Click to View)
Weight: 2.9 grams.
The clear wheel, Ouranos, is very unbalanced. The weight distribution goes from top to bottom. At the top, or upper part of the Clear Wheel, it is the heaviest. Directly across from it, it is much lighter. This causes the beyblade to tip over a bit, thus making it a Topple Defender. This signifies how Uranus rotates on it's side, rather than vertically like all the other planets. The bumps on the clear wheel represent Uranus' rings, which are similar, yet not as visible, as Saturn's. It is a light blue color due to the fact that Uranus has a blue coloration, and the fact that it is the coldest planet in the Solar System. Also, just as Pegasis III has iron powder within the poly carbonate, Ouranos has glow-in-the-dark powder. This makes it glow in the darkness, which represents the fact that Uranus can be seen with the unaided eye (without a telescope). When paired with other Metal Wheels, it can be used efficiently in Upper Attack.

Metal Wheel: Retrograde (Click to View)
Weight: 31 grams
Retrograde is, as its name suggests, a Left Spin beyblade. The name Retrograde suits well with Ouranos because the planet Uranus, in fact, rotates in a retrograde or opposite way. It is also unbalanced and asymmetrical, just as Ouranos. The general design is a three walled design. The two walls on the lower part of the wheel are both symmetrical, and have the same slope. The third wall, on the upper part, has a higher slope, and it is angled. The design of the wheel consists of the walls, each with 7 "bumps", which represent how Uranus is the seventh planet from the Sun. The reason for the angle, which is 70°, is so that when it is toppling, the wall will be exactly vertical to the ground, for better defense. The word Retrograde is also engraved into one of the walls, similar to how Burn is engraved on the Burn wheel.

4D Bottom: B:C (Click to View)
B:C stands for Balance Core, which is due to the metal rod and tip. It is colored a dark blue. It's size (not including the tip) is approximately the height of the 145 track. This bottom maximizes the potential for tilting attacks and gives the beyblade more stability. The way it works is similar to a Balancing Bird, because it makes the center of gravity the tip of the ball. Nearly all of the weight is concentrated on the very tip of the ball. Even as the rest of the bottom tilts, the rod and tip stay completely vertical, preventing it from self KO'ing itself by toppling too much. This weighted center can represent Uranus' core, which is the heaviest part of the planet. The reason for the ball tip is so that if it does get knocked heavily by an attack type, it can recover easily. It is one of the heaviest bottoms, due to being composed of a lot of metal.

So yeah, heavy on the symbolism Smile What took the longest amount of time was the idea itself; hell, I didn't even think of the bottom until a few days ago! I tried to make something completely original, something that had never been seen in Beyblade before. I might win or lose, but either way, I had fun doing it Tongue_out Best of luck to the other people doing entries, too.

If you have any questions or stuff you're unsure about, comment on this thread or shoot me a PM. Thanks.
Great entry Noodoo! LOVE it!
Here's mine... Not that great o:
Face: Capricorne
CW: Capricorne (no photo, I couldn't draw it :/ )

MW: Colossal
I redesigned it after Fury and the original Capricorne Pre-HWS wheel! Much heavier, and the slopes are a lot better than their counterparts!

S:D (Spring Drive)
Capricorne has a bouncing gimmick, amirite? Not very original really, but this is designed after Trygle from plastics, which had a bouncing gimmick as well! The gimmick is whenever those two buttons are pressed, (or absorb enough shock from taller beys) they release the upper part of the bey in a slant upwards, to a height of 170 from 145!

PC Frame: Spike
Couldn't think of much, so I just drew this :p I like it. It's sort of like a Dragoon F AR! These "spikes" on the PC Frame stick out to blow a devastating attack to other beys. When other beys are lifted up the slant on Colossal, this gives a great attack for throwing beys out of the stadium. The PC Frame is reinforced with more metal and better PC (Polycarbonate) to prevent breakages, as without it breakages would be very common.
Don't expect to win, but hey, whatever lol

EDIT:
WHY.jpg
I just remembered a constellation I love... Ourobourous. FUUUUU-
Finally done… After toiling for days, I present to you… Sacred Nebula AR155VF! So let’s get started with the description.

Images are below, though I must tell you that my art skills aren’t the best in the world and if you have questions, please ask me, and I’ll gladly answer you.
Well, I hope you all liked it. I didn’t have time to draw the assembled Bey, so if you want to see it you could PM me after the contest is over. Please give me feedback and good luck to you all!
Mr. N, it perhaps could be just be me, but your images are not working properly.
Its not just you. Its for me also
Right click and click Open in New Tab or Open in New Window. You should see it.

Doesnt work
You right clicked the box and did what I said? Because it works fine for me Uncertain
i got to say that lots of these entrees make mine look like carp (but mine has a "in the anime" section Smug ). fantastic job everyone, i am really impressed
@Mr. N:I'm interested to see your design..but for some laptop..like mine..when i right click at it..the only available option is 'show picture'...can you repost link?XD
EDIT:just quote MR.N's post..look for the url...open it in new tab..XD
Apparently he posted it on Photobucket and didn't make it public or didn't give a direct link to the photo.
Thanks to everyone who commented on mine!
Also, since there is only a few hours left, people have been sending in entrys like crazy!
There are some very good ones, like:sridbeyz17, noodooosoup, sridbeyz17, just to name a few.
And remember mods, my post is in 2 parts, 1 for artical, and one for pics! Thank you!

yeah, u didn't post the right link....u gotta do the DIRECT link.... but i did that for you...
DISCLAIMER:
THIS IS NOT MY ENTRY! THE DESIGN BELONGS TO MR. N! I MERELY FIXED THE CODING!
tl;dr description + large images:
Whoa! Extremely good entries those!
- Great entry! I liked the Topple Defender idea! Quite similar to my wobble attacker idea. Wink
- I liked the idea of Spring Drive!

Well, almost over! The contest will end in a few minutes, I suppose.. I hope I win at least something...
Everyone's appreciation will also be a great prize for me! But yes, I would love to have the set, but that is almosr impossible to get because of so many breath taking entries. Smile
Lets see! All the Best to everyone!
I haven't seen all the entries so I have no idea if someone used any of my ideas. This took me forever to do and I JUST finished. Please take into consideration my theme over my drawing. I dislike it. :x

ENTRY: REVOLVE SPUTNIK F:L

FACE: Face depicts Sputnik, first Russian space shuttle. Throw the shuttle's frame and flames, Curly, the dog that was launched in the shuttle, is visible.

CLEAR WHEEL: The clear wheel (Sputnik) extends over the metal wheel and clasps onto the three points of the top metal wheel. Its center is smaller than most clear wheels. This clear wheel goes right spin, like Sputnik's orbit.

METAL WHEEL: The metal wheel comes in two parts with the PC Frame in the center. The top of the metal wheel can be flipped over to offer two different modes: orbit and landing. They each have a three piece fitting on the inner part of the metal wheel (like fang, but inside) with a curvature inward to create a cavity for the PC Frame. There are a total of 9 hatches at the bottom of the wheel to take away from the overall roundness of the wheel. This metal wheel is very light.
  • In Orbit mode, there is no hindrance to the PC Frame; it will freely rotate. This helps prevent attackers and spin-stealers.
  • In Landing Mode, the top metal wheel is flipped to place metal bits in between the four points of the PC frame. This stops the PC frame from rotating and creates four stationary points on the wheel.

PC FRAME: The exposed points are coated in rubber with its main frame enforced with plastic. The rubber (in landing mode) creates a grip for spin stealing. Because the PC frame is so thin, it is prone to breaking in battle. This is how Takara Tomy would make a profit from this Bey.

F:L (FINAL:LAUNCH)Final launch acts like every other final 4D base as it is activated during the end of its life. It will shoot up an additional 70mm (going from height 150 to 220 using a spring release. At the end of battle, the user must pinch the base back to 150. This is ideal for beating 230's with an "upper cut", however, it throws the bey off balance significantly due to its low recovery rate and such a low velocity. Although the tip is red, it is not rubber; it is plastic. It's red to represent the flames of the ship during launch. The pink is for heated metal. The tip is wider so when you push it back in, you don't push it too far. It also (theoretically) should help re-stabilize after "launch".

Overall, I drew a lot of my inspiration from the newer 4D beys and gravity. It took all month to figure out how I was going to put everything together. I liked how the dog is at the center, riding sputnik. The metal wheel was painted a dark indigo to represent space and there are four points on the PC frame because there were 4 points on sputnik. Since it is a rocket ship Beyblade, why not incorporate a "launch"? ;)

NOBODY TELL ME I'M GOING TO WIN. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT UNLESS YOU'RE COMMITTEE. Everyone has done a great job and it's going to be a tough decision for the committee. There's no telling who's got this.
Well, good idea, Dei! I really liked it!
Well, good way of making profit, eh? Tongue_out Reminds me of CH120's fragility.
And, Final Launch reminds me of Einstein MS's RC. But yes, this is completely different!
one word: AWESOMENESS it is really original! i like F:L the most, imagine that w/ BasaltGasp would it workGasp
Really? I think it reminds me more of Trygle's, but actually working...

Thanks, Jan!
