Because its a little different.
Video is an accepted media, however we usually prefer if drawings are posted as pictures.

It isn't a drawing.

Whoa! There are quite a many last minute entries here! They were SO good!
Well, if anyone has any more doubts about the mechanism of my bey, please ask! I do not want the concept to be unclear, as that is simply the main component of my entry.

Spiral Galaxy SP140 SPF
Overall: The MW although not very suitable for the current metagame isn’t very bad and can be used as a good destabilizer in certain situations. The spin track is the most useful and variable part of this bey having multiple modes of which only 4 are competitively useful for attack, defense as well as stamina. The bottom although uncontrollable can be used as a replacement to rubber attackers by using MF-H to prevent self-KOs. Every blader must have at least one of this bey.
Assembled views: So thats my entry. I hope it wasn't bad

CW: Galaxy
Weight: 3.00g
The CW is blue in color. It has 20 small protrusions. It represents the multiple arms of a galaxy. It is almost circular and flat along with being one of the lightest CWs after Gemios. Its shape and small diameter allows it to be used in conjunction with certain Metal Wheels to expose their contact points more prominently. E.g. MF Vulcan/Beat Galaxy GB145/85 RF/R2F[Image: CW.png]

Metal Wheel: Spiral
Weight: 32.15 gram
The metal frame has 10 sides representing the 10 arms of a spiral Galaxy. It has a small diameter. It has 2 modes. In Smash mode it has the Frame covering most part of the core revealing big gaps which give it a lot of recoil. This mode is not very useful. In Upper mode the recoil is reduced and metal parts are revealed fully. In this mode it has a good upwards smash. The smash points of this MW are very thin and the MW has an inward weight distribution hence it is generally used for destabilizing. The upper mode can be used effectively for slight upper smash and destabilization in combos like MF-H Spiral Gasher 100 SF/FS.[Image: Metalframemode2.png][Image: Metalframemode1.png]

Spin Track: Solar Panel 140.
Weight: 7.01 gram
The spin track is blue colored and is in the shape of a solar panel which can open and close as per the user’s commands. The spin track is the most useful part of this bey. Along with a unique height, it has multiple mode change. It has the shape of a solar panel with tough plastic coating on the outside and a thin rubber coat on the lower side of the track’s open able parts. It has 4 open able wings of which 1, 2, 3, 4 or none can be kept open. It changes the performance of the track greatly.
Defense mode: In this mode all the wings are opened. In left spin produces a little hovering effect due to the track’s parts creating an upward force similar to that in a helicopter which reduces the bey’s traction with the stadium in the starting phases but on lowering the spin velocity it adds to the spin velocity. In right spin it adds to the defense in the start by creating a downward force and increasing the traction. When the spin velocity lowers it closes slowly adding to the spin velocity. It can be used in defense customs like MF-H Basalt/Earth/Hell Bull/Kerbecs/Aquario SP140 (Defense) RS/CS. Some bladers use it in MF-H Meteo L-Drago SP140 (Defense) D to aid spin stealing in earlier phases and to reduce a little friction.
Attack mode: 2 sides open (4 ways possible): This mode is useful for most two sided attackers when opposite wings are open. This mode is useful for left spin as well because two open wings don’t create enough upward force to lift the bey or to reduce its traction greatly, instead it helps to increase spin velocity. It also reduces their recoil while adding to their smash points. When two adjacent wings are open, there is a lot of imbalance created so this mode in attack mode is generally not used. Attack mode (opposite wings open) can be used effectively in MF Beat/Vulcan Byxis SP 140 (Attack) RF/R2F. It can also be used in Lightning L-Drago/Gravity Perseus SP140 (Attack) RF.
Stamina mode: no side open: This mode is used for stamina customs. It functions similarly for both left and right spin. The slightly outward distribution of weight is useful for adding to the stamina of the beys. It is comparable to AD145 in its stamina properties. It can be used in stamina customs like Basalt/Earth Bull/Aquario/Kerbecs SP140 (Stamina) WD
When the spin track’s open wings are asymmetrical (i.e. two adjacent are open or 3 are open or 1 is open) it creates an imbalance which may cause this bey to floor scrape easily. Hence these modes are generally not used. [Image: Spintrackandbottom.png]

Bottom: SPF (Star Projection Flat)
Weight: 1 gram
This bottom is a more aggressive and more uncontrollable version of XF. It adds to the attack and sometimes behaves like a R2F being on the more uncontrollable side. This being a plastic tip can be KOed easier than rubber tips so it isn’t used a lot in competitive play due to its uncontrollability. However it can be used in attackers for giving more stamina than rubber tips. It can be used in MF-H L-Drago Destroy CH120 SPF to give attack as well as spin stealing features

that spin track looks way larger than the size you said SAM
Sep. 13, 2011 5:20 PM
Well actually I have made the MW much thicker and larger....because in proportion with other beys, this bey's MW is smaller and thinner
Sep. 13, 2011 5:24 PM
Ah, the entry I was waiting for!
You've overshadowed most of the entries posted, especially mine(everyone knows my entry was a piece of carp)!
Well, we both had a similar kind of mode change for our tracks/4D bottoms, eh?
Great idea and you've done it beautifully. I can't really say if you'll win or not, as there are various entries still to come, but yes you have lots of chance!
Well, even I would like to know, is the opening mechanism similar to mine? I hope you read my explanation when you asked about my bey's mechanism. If yes, then its such a huge co-incidence! I love it!

also SAM, not trying to offend your work, but alot of the parts vaguely resemble other parts from MFB, like the metal wheel looks like a sharper sol, and in proportion the track looks like 230, tip like WD (because it is one of those if I can remember.

dude seriously you need to stop they look nothing like that
Sep. 13, 2011 5:44 PM
it's my opinion sniper, and anyway I know that it's not those parts. I still like the designs. It's not like i'm saying it sucks because it obviously doesn't. It's just because the spin track is big in the picture, to me it *looks* like 230, is it any of those parts? no
Sep. 13, 2011 5:47 PM
2) 230 is way too tall..mine is short and has a gimmick..unlike 230(which is like a rod).
30 WD doesn't have 6-starlike projections and is not at all uncontrollable..although I agree it does share the same width as the tip of this bey. So if you feel it still resembles..then again I'm sorry because I've drawn it without reference.
EDIT:
Sep. 13, 2011 5:50 PM
No I didn't mean to offend you SAM, I was just pointing out some mild resemblances. I very much like the design and wish you the best of luck, this is just what I do on this thread

hey benjohadi, you still have a big chance, and I hope I will too since I don't think many people have posted a plastic design and I did extra drawings like a launcher, bit beast, special anime move, comic clip, and yours still rocks, it's like an L-drago metal wheel which can be used for more than just L-drago

STF's is as original as mine. mine looks like blitz. his looks like fang. with all these beyblade designs out there, there are bound to have beyblades that start to looks similar but not exactly the same shape. take divine, Pre-HWS leone, and rock for example. they have a similar structure, but are they same? no.... they're not.... in this contest, we're ALL having an issue with originality...it's really HOW ORIGINAL we're being. meaning we're being TOO CLOSE to a beyblade that was already created, or we're thinking off the structure of a beyblade, branching off and making a whole entire beyblade.

Man, with all these AMAZING designs, I'm losing confidence. I still think I'll do pretty good, though. I have to think of a good MW Name. Something Nebula...
