yes they screwed the design up. it looked sick at first. the skeleton version looks sick though
I'm not certain I care about the opacity of the bottom, being that it is not going to be highly(or even slightly, unless you're floor-hugging just to stare at it) visible, be it during display or battle.
Phantom Orion looks awkward, but the shocking spinning time still makes me have the urge to buy it.
Phantom Orion B:D will probably be the last and best 4D/Non 4D Stamina Beyblade as they say "The Phantom Orion is the ultimate weapon of the stamina bey." Stated in CoroCoro Comic.
The last stamina type? I dont think so. Next year, we have stuff like: Thunder (Not the Hasbro one) Persues, Ocean Ketos, Black Nemenis.

There is nothing stating any of those Beys will be stamina, and nothing stating they won't.

Irrelevant and baseless speculation of the weirdest sort. However, after two large stamina releases so close together(Scythe Kronos and Phantom Orion), I highly doubt they'll keep piling more Stamina stuff out.

I certainly hope they don't, at any rate - stamina is just painfully boring.

I was just saying that we are going to have a ton of new beys next year and there should be at least one stamina.
I agree with you Hazel. Looking they battlle bored me to death.
Well I guess next year, we'll have more attack type or at least more beastly defense type like Basalt

Well, yes they are boring. But, they are used to win, after all. Being bored to death but winning is worth it!

The game is about having fun. Being personally invested in your Beyblade's performance. To some people, winning is what matters. I'm not one of them.

To others, and folks like myself, the way their Bey acts should represent them - have a meaning to them deeper than whether or not it wins. To have entertaining matches that make every followed-through pull of the ripcord result in something enjoyable to watch.

For me, a Beyblade that sits still with the express purpose of just sitting still and outlasting is not enjoyable to watch. When I use Defense customs, I launch them somewhat aggressively most of the time - I prefer a Semi-Aggro CS to a fully calm one. I prefer R2F to RF, and cannot stand MF.

So, if I used a type of Bey that did very little, simply to win, the win wouldn't really mean that much to me. I'd rather have an entertaining match and lose than a boring one that I won.
ah, no need to go like that at me. Anyway, I'm not one of those who do anything to win. i just said that winning is kinda satisfieing.Beyblade was made to be fun.
Hmm.. cant see it properly...

I apologize if I came off needlessly aggressive - it was not my intention. Just making a point.

I saw this mentioned in the Yahoo Japan Auctions thread, and wasn't sure if it was real or not until I saw the TT logo on it... it seems like this, and the accompanying(apparently?) Big Bang Pegasus-themed one, are full of parts of similar nature/function to the beys represented on the cards.

I am curious of how much they'd cost, as there are some nice parts in both sets.

Its OK. I dont want to start a fight. Anyway, can you link me to that matching Big Bang Peg set?

TOTALLY AWESOME. Phantom Orion looks like a free spinning table.. lol.
Mother of God... those spin times are... obscene in every fashion. Absolutely fantastic. I really like the way the Bey looks when it's spinning, too! Even though I really dislike Stamina-types, I'm pretty excited for this one!
That spin time is amazing. This is by far the best survival tip I've seen from MFB. I'm really happy that the old mechanisms from the classic series are being put into the new series. Smile

...I wanted say that the bottom of the metal wheel had polycarbonate, but the bearing core discussion made the thread get closed. Pinching_eyes_2 Oh well. Lol. I'm pretty sure everyone knew anyway.
good height for the B Grin

Looks like it's around the 145-170 range, then. Definitely not as bad as it was looking from earlier pictures, for sure.
i just took a pic of 230 next to the th170 wd , look like the B: D will be the same as th170WD on it
