Basically, the story is similar to what happens in the manga : after Ginga's battle against Kyouya, a mysterious person (Daidouji) appears to threaten him.

The series seems to be going good so far.
Daidouji will offer Kyouya to make him become stronger in order to beat Ginga. I think this is a good difference to the manga.

Nah, he just meant that Dark Wolf will make it's debut in this ep. I'm guessing Daidouji has some sort of secret training lab with awesome research powers, etc, etc I don't think he'll update Leone. Waaaaay to early.

That's the wrong one. You should see 3 options after searching 'tv tokyo' and click the 3rd one in the list.
