no.1: love the cannon effect, but could have better background
no.2: text is too small, background is somehow uhh unfitting

Both are very great,
but I'll vote for Entry 1.
Entry 2 has a better background, but a bad picture and little effects.
Entry 1 has used a lot more effects than entry 2, looks like more effort was put into it, and looks more professional.

How can you say entry 2 has a better background ? It just looks like a photo of some buildings with lines burned on.
Entry 1's background is simple, but effective. The colours are great and I love the effect around the cannon.
Entry 2 seems all over the place. The layers don't go well together, and the font looks awkward. I would have also chosen better colours, the render doesn't go well with the background at all.
My vote goes to entry 1.
i vote for the first one despite of knowing who created which as 1st entry is more nice than the 2nd one as it has a cool render nice effects etc.
Entry one, no stock backgrounds. And the first sig looks more time consuming.

I got to vote for entry 1. It has good composition and good flow.
And did the maker of entry 2 ask permission to use that render?shouldn't he ask me first before "re-posting" the signature?(me made render,BTW)
anyway, ironhide SHOULD have been placed at the left to create flow. The background and render those not blend well. Probably Dino/mirage will look good in that sig. Also, it looks like the render was just slapped in there.and drop the text will you?

I'm not sure if this helps or not. But the participant of Entry 2 sent me his sig about 2 weeks ago when I first posted the Round 4 themes.

1 was completely just a BB Render witha shooting brush mark and unaligned text.
2, because they made a good placement

No, because this was only started today.
Entry 1 has well placed text and is noticeable among the background, although I personally don't like the colour of the background.
Entry 2 has small text which is just about noticeable in the background and the red background looks nicer than the background in Entry 1 and the transformer in Entry 2 stands out a lot more than in Entry 1.
So my vote goes for Entry 2.
