These are great. Love the depth of field.

And Nocto, great work on everything as well–good idea with editing the image–but I do have the same question that th!nk has regarding the "Neo Rippers Shooter" (which again would be a question for Kai-V).

The first diagram for Ultimate Balance mode should be used.
Yeah, I think the first one looks more professional, though I do see what you did with the colours, Nocto Smile

And yeah, I forgot to respond to Imperial's photos, those are fantastic. I really should get around to taking some good photos of my own (well, of the beyblades that are in good shape), but I have collection photos to do and articles to write, haha.

: Most of those photos are pretty darned good, though you got the SAR placement on the dragon breaker thing wrong Wink
Oh yeah, Poseidon. I didn't look through all of them, but automatically, I noticed the presence of the timestamp. We can't use photos with those sorts of marks on them. Also, some of the pictures I did look at were slightly blurry ...
Re: Neo Rippers, the Katakana definitely does say "Ribaasu" though, nothing like "Left". Really odd.
So, am I supposed to search for anything now ?
The reason for "neo rippers" would be useful, I guess, but it's just quite confusing as we've always seen and known them as "neo left" Confused
So I should look for how the community possibly started calling it "NEO left" ?

I just realised that I did misread one character though : it does say "NEO Reverse", not "Rippers".
That makes a LOT more sense, haha. Neo Reverse Shooter is a term I do recognise Smile
Is it still relevant to look for where "reverse" could have started being "left" though ?

It's that dragon breaker, glazzly AR thing you wanted.
Yeah sorry about that, I think it's the fact I uploaded them on imagechack, Ill upload them on photobucket and see if there any better.
The ones that are quite blury, and there's a retake is properly the ones I fogot to delete.

Yeah, I was just saying you didn't quite position them right. It's okay anyway though, I managed to take a good picture (though my bey was kinda battle scarred) and Kei asked me to put it up, so it's sorted :3

And don't get me wrong, I appreciate you taking the effort nonetheless Smile
Not that, I thought you meant that it was the wrong sub AR Tongue_out.
EDIT Added some more, but can't get the date off, its a camer a setting, if someone could crop it off or something, it's be appreciated: http://my.imageshack.us/v_images.php

If it is not too important for any article, then probably not...
I am pretty sure that the name-change was probably by the bladers themselves...
Just like a few people call the BeyLauncher as String Shooter, no?

But from faint memory, I guess the Hasbro Dragoons came with a NEO "Left" Shooter...

Probably the big "L" on the SG casing... or the shooter, as Janstar mentioned...
But why would people not use the actual official term ...
Because it sounds idiotic and "Left" sounds fine and is much more clear.

Because there is an "L" written on the casing and "Leverse" is not a word.

Because no one ever bothered to correct them.

etcetera

Hazel, I'm just not understanding. Unhappy

First reason is just silly, second is just [edit: purposely] making the same mistake, and third is just being a lazy butt.

I hardly think a couple of photographs warrants it, though.

Anyway, Customize Grip picture updated and Diablo Nemesis photographs uploaded.
Your super editing and always correct info does though!

There's also the likelihood people just didn't want to break tradition and start using a stupid word instead of the word that directly indicates what it does, which also happened to be the word that was always used for Left SGs. It could become confusing to suddenly switch terminology, even back in 2003 - doing it now would be downright silly.

"NEO Left" sounds better than "NEO Reverse". Abbreviations are also a factor, as I mentioned above. Two words starting with R instead of just R and L? Nonsense.

This would've been an appropriate conversation to have a decade ago, but even then, I do not think I would ever resign to calling it "NEO Reverse".

Because there is a "NEO Right Shooter" ? Hazel, this seems just like our current situation : Beylauncher, and Beylauncher L/LR. By definition, if you use "Beylauncher" alone, you would know what spin direction it has.

We are also not necessarily looking to change the terminology right now; actually, we just wonder what really caused people to simply not use the official term back then. If "NEO Left Shooter" was not the proper term, then they must have somehow not known its actual full name, because I doubt that they cared so little about the names back then to just change them as you are suggesting.
I thought NEO Left Shooter was the appropriate term, and that NEO Reverse was only the name for the spin gear...
I am 99 percent sure that Hasbro boxes never referred to that launcher as "Reverse". Out of the many plastic beys I had bought, I NEVER came past this word before.
Whatever may the case be for Non-Hasbro bladers(and we all know that these comprise a very small part of the blading population; as almost every blader has an access to Hasbro beys); this is probably a reason as to why it was called "Left".

And all other reasons have already been given out by Hazel. Smile

I think this deserves its own section, or a note, in the article as it has a different handle, which is not customizable.

Also, I'm guessing it was only a door left open to eventually release more accessories, but is there any use whatsoever to the slot on the grip head, similar to the one for the Spring Support of Plastics Customize Grips?
Is my Phantom Wheel too dulled to take pictures for BeyWiki?
