New zelda game that was found out about during the GDC 2009. I personally can't wait, but I'm a Zelda freak, soooo.....

But yeah, I just hope it doesn't have all the mistakes they made with Phantom Hourglass in it, like that one repetitive dungeon you had to keep going back to, horrid graphics (they seem to have improved somewhat), barely any sidequests, similar and boring dungeons, no empty bottles, no pieces of heart, being easy to beat, and very short gameplay time (I beat the game in a 2-3 days, while others took me weeks/months). I like the idea of the train, not much different than the boat but seems much more interesting and has an awesome theme to it, lol. The bosses and items so far look better as well. Can't wait.

So yeah, thoughts on it?
I'm just waiting for someone to troll the carp out of this thread.
i am literally exhausted of trying to enjoy nintendo's games

Same....
There hasn't been a good one in awhile. =/ Still, I'll give this one a chance for now.
I enjoyed Phantom Hourglass and this looks pretty similar so I'm interested, but I'm staying cautiously optimistic because the whole railroad/track building aspect of this game sounds incredibly gimmicky and lame. Luckily the whole game doesn't revolve around it, or at least it doesn't appear to from the trailer.

I dunno, we'll see.
Honestly I would love to see some sort of weirdo train simulator for the DS because I love quirky cute games like that. But it doesn't fit in with Zelda.

This looks nearly identical to PH, graphics and gameplay-wise Uncertain What are you seeing that I'm not? I loved PH, it's nice to occasionally finish a game before getting bored of it.

Yes it is, PH bored me, liked WW so much, I s'pose, that I expected too much out of PH. Only differences I saw were the new items and the train, which seemed to have alot more enemies to fight on it that the boat did.
Why does Link have a train?? *facepalm*

Cuz trains are kool. Pinching_eyes:3
I really disliked Phantom hourglass, and this looks to be no different. To be honest the last Zelda game that I was really into was Ocarina. I have really become bored with Nintendo's main franchises.
majora's mask was awesome
wind waker was good but it had a few shortcomings mostly due to low difficulty level and cut development time
tp was meh
ph was an assault on my senses

This^
I just can't give up the series yet.....Nostalgia, I guess.
majoras mask and links awakening are the two best zelda games by far
I prefer Ocarina of Time over Majora's Mask.
Well technically I prefer Master Quest over Majora's Mask.
I sort of suck at videogames, I loose intrest really fast if I can't figure something out. Or I come back to the game later, and have no idea what I was doing. I guess I'm only really playing games for the story ark.

I am somewhat the same; I only was able to get through Ocarina because I had the guide. If it was not for that, then I would probably never have beaten it since frustration would have taken over. XD

I guess that was why I absolutely loved the new Prince of Persia.
the only truly difficult dungeon in oot is the water temple aghhh
Trains...really?
Well, I played PH for a little bit on my friends TTDS(flashcart) and, I actually enjoyed it! Grin
I will be having an eye out for this one.
indeed you HAVE to use a walkthrough just to beat the Water Temple.
Well, that's a bit of an exaggeration. I'm sure people have beaten it guideless.
I hated jabu jabu's belly. I'm one of those people that I forget something really simple and get annoyed yet refuses to use a guide to the point where I'm plain sick of the game. I must have spent over 50 hours trying to do jabu jabu's belly because I thought I couldn't go back through a door but they shoved a switch in the corner of the room for it. D=

Anyways, aren't we all forgetting A link to the past? BEST GAME. Soooo many dungeons. (I'm stuck in that toom but at least I made it half way through the dark world. xD)

WW was pretty nice in my opinion, due to being the only zelda game I've completed without getting annoyed and just not playing it anymore. With the possible exception of four swords on GC...
