There's many cheaper alternatives to getting RF than storm Pegasis anyways.

Well, in my experience, it's not worth 45 dollars...
I have been a blader for 4 years, and since i had a job i decided i would go online and look for originals like storm pegasus or earth aquila. On amazon the cheapest eagle/ aquila was like 32 USD and most were either $60 or $80 USD. The older beys are getting rare i guess

That would be long in the plastics Q&A thread, but they're defintely not worth that much. A good average price for them is around $20. You can find them for less occasionally if its not NIB.

Was it international shipping or domestic? Because if it was international, that´s not overpriced at all. There are some countries where international shipping is really expensive (such as Australia) and $25 is a common price for int. mail.

It all depends on the cost of the country's postage rates, and/or if the seller decides to add fees such as handling and costs to get to the post office or not. Here in Australia the cheapest for Airmail is $12.80 I believe and leads up to $20 depending on the buyer's zone.
That's only up-to 500 grams as well, if it's over then it's $29.70 +
