blaster, 4D Beyblades are completely legal, I don't see why they wouldn't be. And I wouldn't be claiming anyone else's posts to be spam, when majority of your own posts are spam.

why the maximum amount of people in a group was reduced?
proberbly cause all the recent tournaments were at about that max and they ran smoothly. also could you put rayquazonX in the reserved, he is apparently coming back next thursday and i think the list may be filled by then so i want to make sure he has a spot.

If they ran smoothly though why would they reduce the max? Wouldn't they keep it the way it is if it went well..? Im guessing some other tournaments things didn't work out well because of something to do with the amount of people in a block.
And I meant why did they change the rules to have less people xD (My bad for not making my question clear enough)
