I mentioned this a while ago on the Ask a question.... thread, it is neat though.
oh...woops. I guess this thread is irrelevant then.
Not really, just mentioned it in passing, doubt anyone took any notice anyway. Nice pics btw.
How in the hell didn't I notice this XD. I tried with my marksmen grip and my two custom grips but didn't think they fit (you have to kinda force it, was afraid I'd break my grip). I tried with the Catapault shooter (the only one I hadn't tried) and it fits perfect, better than the other grips I have. Nice find.
Really cool! That's a good find.

It actually fits in my marksman grip; but slightly looser than my catapult grip
It fit in mine, but would fall out when I launched sometimes, and the custom grips bend a little when you put it in them.
Wow, thats all I can say.

Is that 'wow' in a good way?
It's hard not to wonder if all this wasn't intentional.

I know; the fact that it is a relatively snug fit is really odd. I guess if people don't want to to wait for MFB customize grips, they can take their plastic ones, and stick a launcher in there lol
I did test the string shooter, and it does not fit. I guess it is purely a fluke then.
You're thinking that maybe it'll be legal to use plastic stuff with MFB stuff? :o

No; I just meant that those who are inclined to play in a non WBO sanctioned format could do so for fun
Sorry, that was aimed at Brad. Should've specified. ^^;

Not at all. lol
This is the first time I've ever seen one of the launchers in comparison to anything other than the tops themselves. Holy carp they are way smaller than I had thought.

Ummm... This is perfectly legal. You didn't modify the Shooter or Grip to make it fit.
So...I'm using this!

It's not WBO tournament legal.
It's not. They are from seperate systems so it's illegal.

lol you don't know what you're talking about. this isn't legal by WBO rules or WBBA rules
What the hell? Why would this be illegal?
If grip modification and all that is legal, this should be too. It's always been legal even to create your own custom grips. Unless the WBBA changed that rule in this new series which would be a really huge disappointment to me.
Also I don't think it's intentional for these to fit into plastic grips. I tried it and it's a little forced and slightly off-center.
Still I don't get it. I mean what, is grip modification completely illegal now?

Alright I read the WBO rules, but it isn't specific enough to me. Does that mean like.. for example, I would not be able to fill a catapult grip's cavity with steel shot to increase its weight or replace the main grip with a bicycle handle grip or anything like that?
I think its fine. I don't think it will change the performance of they beyblade in any way. Honestly this only looks like it can effect comfort.
I think that when TAKARA-TOMY writes that "Only Metal Fight Beyblade can be used" in WBBA tournament regulations, they mean only what is part of the Metal Fight Beyblade series.
