Also You people may See Already Made Anime Characters but with the Appovel with the Artist I take that Anime that nobody used to make Card Game out of that Anime show and make my own Card Game out of That Anime.

I don't believe that an anime team actually gave you permission to do this.
As long as you make a television program where the game is an international sport that fills stadiums full of people just to watch two people face off, the crowd doesn't seem to mind or care that magical properties inexplicably attached to said cards make the art come to life, and the main characters take the game way too seriously as it is a matter of world domination through said card game, then you will be golden.
well Some Anime Team don't let you but some Anime Team let you but you got to say the right things before they let you do it, trust me it isn't that Easy.
When my elementary school banned Yugioh, (because the cards kept getting stolen because the idiots were careless and left the cards around, then complained that someone stole them when it was partially their fault in the first place; wow what a great run-on sentence) I made paper cards using ruled paper, lmao. Let's see if I can find them.

And Beyblade14, what grade are you in? And is there a reason why you capitalize every other word? (just curious)

Also, you don't have to be smart to make a popular card game. Create monster based cards, with amazing effects, and give the monsters complicated names that young kids wouldn't understand, but make sure the names sound cool.
Add a few "effect" cards of some sort and you have a card game.
Honestly, one of my rather hidden dreams is to be a game/toy designer.
nice dream brad, hope you get there one day down the track (if you keep interest), whenever it may be.

I doubt I'll pursue it. When I was younger, I spent so much time making up board and card games.

And raising Chao.
My snow white chao my friend gave me owned. Chocked

I gotta play that game again sometime, I remember making amazing chaos.

Well I know and I also in 9th Grade Next Year.
I remember for a portion of Grade 5 me and my friend made "Poke-oh!" cards. :p
Two of my friends made some wicked TCG decks... One was based around our party friends, and the other was based around our anime con friends. Even though we were in a fight at the time, he made a card of me. And he printed out the cards and handed them out to our friends at his birthday... I saw the cards a few months later, and it was really nice to know that he didn't hate me enough to exclude me from the game, and yet disappointing that I wasn't on good enough terms with him to actually obtain any of the cards... Unhappy
I used to draw like upgraded picture of Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but I wasn't into making effects since everyone always had some kind of broken one.
I made a Yu-Gi-Oh! card of my father for him, for his birthday, back when I was a kid. XDD.

Please read samples of 18th century to 19th century english writing. Traditionally, in english usage, any word which has emphasis was capitalized. I would assume that he is a literature/history major.

I suppose so, but you've got to be smart to make a good card game that's well balanced and planned out carefully and actually fun. Of course, if you're just selling to the kiddy market it doesn't matter. You missed out something though, the monsters have to look awesome.

Some guy on Pojo who typed like that said it was a disorder he has.
