Where abouts at the beach will we be meeting? The beach is very big, therefore hard to spot people. Im a visitor to vancouver actually so i dont know much about places. Please forgive me if this had an obvious answer.
there is a play ground right be sdide it there is benches and a roof top and all that stuff that is wear we will be the area will be in is kinda up hill so look towards that way

You mean if it rains? It rained last time and most of the people still showed up. Don't worry, even though it's outdoors we'll play under this roof if it rains. Very unlikely but that would be plan B if that's what you're talking about.
