Hmm..
But as for me; what after Fourze..?

Is Agito good?

Its okay,Personally not on my list but its okay
Any Showa to recommend? (Elaborate please.)

I finished Agito just this summer. I thought it was pretty good. It was a tad slow, but when the story hit, it hit pretty hard.

I guess the theme reflects...
Kuuga and Agito are...different. Ryuki and onward, everything seems to be "manufactured" or what not. Mirror Monsters made by this guy, Orphenochs I don't even know what. Undead....okay, yeah forget it.

Kuuga took Kamen Rider without outright calling him a Kamen Rider as the savior of a previous civilization, and that an opposing civilization are killing the descendants of said civilization as a form of hunt.

In Agito, it's more ritualistic. Agito focused on human evolution from a civilization of old. The lore in Agito is almost akin to a religion, and it is depicted by a single portrait. They incorporate the concept of human evolution as a conflict to fear of the unknown, by both human and non-human standards. So going into it, don't think of stuff being this manufactured Rider (except G3, who was at a different league than the rest of the Riders and monsters, but managed to catch up), but rather how the story resolves this form of evolution.

Ah...deep I guess.
Well it's time for me to move on. Almost done with Fourze. Just got to Cosmic States.
Finished Fourze.

meh
Cool action. Disliked the High School theme a lot.

I picked Double. Bought that sexy driver; and the music is amazing. Detective is a great theme for a Toku show.
I bought the Sengoku Driver; so I'll probably watch Gaim then do Kabuto-> and Agito. Then back to Sentai for a while ;-;

I am severely offended. Lol I'm actually going through OOO and Wizard right now but I guess I can't really be much of a judge since I've never watched Kamen Rider before either of these series. Wizard seems alright, but I will admit that the lead actor in OOO seems to be better. Still, Ankh's actor wasn't the greatest either.
So I'm also doing Gaim as well xD
This show is hilarious; but W is easily better.

Hm, I might start W after I finish Wizard. Either that or Black, I'm not really sure yet. I won't be done OOO until December since I'm watching through it at a set pace with a group of people.

Just wait until you get past episode 12.
Okay; I take everything back about Gaim.
I couldn't get past Episode 3.
It's bad..

SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH NO
I'm watching W, over half way done. It's painful to put off OOO this long; honestly.
Anyone watch Kuuga?
These old Heisei riders are actually more enjoyable.
I like how Godai has no control, and it's taking him time.

I'm watching Black and I don't understand the pacing.
Don't like old Tokusatsu too much, huh?
I started watching Toku with Jetman so.

Showa riders are very limited on equipment.
It's mostly themselves, and overcoming a monster.
And the filming was much different than the filming in later series. The stunts are sort of rawer. You can see that definitely in Kuuga compared to the later series, and the plots are a bit darker, with the death count being supremely high.

But the bike stunts in Kuuga range from god awful to pretty cool.

It's not that I don't like older ones, but I have yet to watch any. I'm just not used to it. The show itself is fine, but they keep using flashbacks at the weirdest times, so it's just a matter of getting past them explaining how he became a Kamen Rider.

So true.
Although I do fondly love the TryChaser 2000 Smile
Bought the Souchaku Henshin bikes Wink
So Drive is over, Ghost has begun. With the passing of the torch, how did you guys feel about Drive?

With a majority of Drive's material canon (yes, even that TV-kun High Speed Drive one is canon), similar to how W's and Fourze's were connected within their own continuities (and to an extent, Gaim), how well did everything mesh out?

How did you feel about the villains that were for a majority of the show, and the ultimate villain who proved to be one of the biggest d-bags since Makoto Kusaka (Kamen Rider Kaixa)?

Finally, with the first episode aired, what prospects do you have for Ghost? How did you feel about the first episode? What are you looking forward for with the 15 Ghost Eyecons (I had the link that confirmed all fifteen, but I can't find it and I'm a little bit livid right now) that Takeru must find in 99 days (98 days now) to come back to life?
OK, that "make eye contact" thing is really cute hahah.
I thought the premiere of Ghost was great. Judging based on the pilot, this could easily be one of the best Kamen Rider's in recent years. Looking forward to episode two.
