btw im 15 and i use a credit card...not mine but my dad's though...thats how i buy beys online...i first ask his permission to buy something..then i use the paypal account which has my dad's credit card to buy stuff online..

I don't know, I sometimes just buy them. I'm supposed to ask my parents, and usually I pay for them, so if I ever do buy them I always take the exact amount of money I used out of my bank and put it in my moms purse.
You can use one under the permission of you parents so technically they're using it and you aren't. There's no way for a 15 year old to have access to a credit card. A Debit card is a different story though. But that's different.
I'm under 15, and I buy stuff online all the time. I just need my parent's permission.

Oh yeah! I forgot. If you have cash and are looking to spend it online you can buy a prepaid credit card. You pay for the same amount your buying plus a 2-3$ activation fee. Its well worth it.

I have a few, I must recommend a prime card to all those under 15. As a monthly allowance or so, you may deposit (your parent) money onto it which is then usable on paypal. They are not prepaid credit cards (owing), they are prepaid debit cards or better known as prepaid cash cards.
Credit cards can only be legally owned at 18 years old, therefore most of the answers will be spam here being "parents permission".
I dot a Debit Card. I am too young to have one in Australia. As I need to have a Job. So its in my Mums Name but its Mine.
I normally just say to My Mum/Dad "Are you going to the Bank today?" If they Say yes I just give them money to put on.

Well, as for the PayPal part, just get your parents because if they don't want you buying things on the internet your screwed because your parents are probably going to be the only way you'll be able to get money for the internet.

When I was scrolling down I was suspecting just 1 warning because he kinda took it the wrong way and Kai-V does tend to get on some peoples nerves sometimes but I guess he was defending his father even if it was nothing to really defend. Sadly I buy my beyblades with my mums credit card and after give her the money of what I spent. I may look into those debit cards, I have heard of them before but in a different topic I think I remember BeyBrad mentioning you get charged every month or something. That was the thing that kinda put me off.
