I have a Max Stampede stadium, but I don't own that ball.

As for the section, I'm not entirely sure. Your Creations maybe?

In a BB-10, and it was alright. Not too much action and the ball generally was always nudged out - it never got whipped out by the beyblades.

I still say that the ball from the SCS should be used only as, even though those ball pit balls are all mostly the same, they could be dented and different material. I say (and not to be rude in this whole conversation) only the SCS ball should because it is an actual Beyblade product. Sorry if I came out rude through this, but I say one type of ball is the best.

I didn't read back a couple of pages where you were discussing ball specifics - I thought you were talking about balls in general. I didn't know that the Super Control Stadium came with a ball! So that's what SCS Ball was referring to.

I've never seen one, but if someone explained the details; as in dimensions, material and weight - I could look for a close match.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but does anybody know when the tournaments in the Beypoints queue will be processed?

It looks like results and fees are still missing from a lot of them, but I know for a fact that the results, fees and winning combinations have been turned in for the last North Carolina event, and that was three months ago.

Is there a blocker of some sort somewhere that hasn't been labeled, or are we just a little short on time?

I'm pretty sure it's because Uwik has been busy lately and hasn't been able to process tourneys. That's what I heard last time when someone brought up the topic.

I mean the site has been slow/unable to access for a little while now. Plus trying to gather results for the scavenger hunt. We just have to be patient.
As of today, it's been exactly two years since I've attended my first tournament. I've never thought two years later I'd still be involved with the WBO, a lot more than expected. http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-03-31-13...n-Bey-Fair

Time truly does fly. Smile
Finally sorted out the issues with Midnight's Birthday Bash and was able to process it and Gotta Revive the Sway. With two stellar back-to-back performances, @[LMAO] has cracked the Top 15 at last on the BeyPoint System and is currently ranked #12!

edit: Also, I surpassed the 400 Wins plateau! Crazy ...
I'm surprised how he didn't make the top ten that day, though! Like, 10-1 one tournament, 7-1 the next? It really does surprise me, I was expecting that to happen.

As for me, however, I'll be staying in the same old 70s to 90s range. I did poorly at BEYBLADE TOURNAMENT, kind of made up for the bad record at the following one, losing against my father at FROZEN BEYS, although doing decent these first two events of 2015. So yeah, not expecting anything special, haha.

Wow, seeing this really persuaded me to get the results done, will be sent in shortly Smile
Just out of curiosity, wouldn't I technically be eligible of my Metal Face? I've hosted five, soon-to-be six against tournaments.

Congrats to Leone19 and LMAO on receiving it, though! Grin

Thanks. Tongue_out

Hosting is a lot of fun honestly, brings a whole new perspective on tournaments. Happy I could have done so many so far, hope to do many more.
Processed the latest seven Toronto events over the past couple days. Toronto's rankings are up to date for the first time in a while!

I finally cracked the 1,700 BeyPoints plateau again. It's so difficult to maintain that unless you attend and do well at large events ... so let's just say I need to put forth a good performance next weekend haha.
A lot of people's rankings really moved up too, should I add on. OldSchool and FreshClassik made the top 250, Pyrus10000 and Kaibaman7869 made the top 100 and Ultimate Blaze and I made the top 50. Grin

I was so happy when I saw my ranking jump! I just hope it doesn't don't go down comes Anime North, haha.

I surpassed 100 wins, as well, so I should be eligible of an Onyx Face.
Aaaaaaand back to the 2nd page I go.

It was fun while it lasted.

@[1234beyblade] also just barely made the top 30, as I predicted he would.

I've just awarded you your Onyx Face. @[Deh espanghe] and @[pyrus10000] also earned it (although pyrus might have been a bit overdo; I can't recall if he was below 100 before I processed these tournaments).

It was a slow ... painful descent. It was the qualifier that finally pushed you out of the top 15. But I think you could just as easily get back into it with a good performance at AN!
My whole team needs a really good performance at AN, so Leone19 can get to the first page, as well as I, and hopefully my brother can make it to the 2nd page at least.

I know, losing to op blader and V Masked really did something to my rank, hopefully I can get back into it with the Friday tournament at AN, and the Team tournament.

Also, Kei, WHY HAVE YOU BEEN STUCK IN THE 1,700's FOR SO LONG, HOLY, YOU PLACE EVERY TOURNAMENT, AND YOU ALWAYS HAVE A WINNING RECORD. You should be past Blitz and Hell Kid, maybe it'll happen at AN Wink

I've actually been stuck in the 1,650-1,700 range for the most part for so long ... It's just the way the system works. Unbelievably, I actually made it to around 1,750 at one point, but that didn't last long after my terrible performance at the MFB events during AN last year. In the BeyPoint System, in addition to your opponents BeyRank vs. Your BeyRank having an effect on how many BP you gain/lose, there is a point multiplier that is slightly higher or lower depending on the total attendance at any given tournament. This means that it is beneficial to play in larger tournaments versus smaller ones, and why events like AN are so important if you want to improve your ranking quickly. I believe @[Blitz] and @[Hell Kid] had the benefit of participating in several relatively large events on a consistent basis back in the day, which in addition to great win/loss records, helped to boost them to the seemingly unattainable levels that they sit at right now. It should be interesting to see what happens to Blitz's ranking after the next London tournament is processed; it was obviously a fairly small event, and he had several losses.

Looking into the future with the massive BP System Upgrade that I have mentioned in the Organizers' Circle lately, one of the many things we will be doing is modifying the size-based point multiplier: the multiplier on higher end of the spectrum will not be as large to curb the advantage players get by playing in large events (only to some degree; we do still believe it is harder to do well at large events, and we want to encourage people to host them, so there should be some advantage), and the multiplier on the lower end will not be as small (to make 7 Participant events not as risky and arguably pointless as they currently are for highly ranked players. Right now if you are highly ranked you basically need to go X-0 to come out ahead at the end of the day).

It becomes much more difficult to gain BeyPoints once you've reached 1,600, which is proven by the fact that right now there are only 11 players in the entire rankings that have reached that plateau. I mean, just look at @[JesseObre] too; he has been hovering in the 1,600-1,700 range for a long time too. That's what makes it fair for everyone else; reaching 1,600 and the top of the rankings is an attainable goal, but once you reach it is when the real test starts: can you maintain that level over time? In the new BP System upgrade we are also thinking of integrating some kind of "retired users" functionality so that you can view the overall rankings, but also the "active rankings" with players who have still played within a certain period of time. This will prevent users (like Hell Kid) who haven't played in a long time from sitting on their ranking for years and force the top ranked users who want to remain on the rankings to continue playing while maintaining a high level of performance.
So hopefully after the revival of Beyblade from Hasbro releasing Beyblade Burst, we should look forward to hosting tournaments with much more people. I guess that is when all of us with high ranks will be able to move even higher. I get it now.

I like the idea of the retired users function, that should definitely be put in place. I can tell big things are coming for the WBO, and I love it, haha.

Yeah, it's exciting! I hope everyone is looking forward to it. We were basically winging it and inventing new things along the way throughout the MFB era–often with great inefficiencies–so hopefully with Beyblade Burst around the corner our system and process for events and the BeyPoint System will be better than ever with that experience behind us. We've put a lot of thought into how we can improve it and have been putting it into action lately with things like spreadsheet template and tournament data archive.
Please, please, please add a retired feature if possible. I told Blitz on the day I stopped competing that I wanted to have my beypoints removed/hidden. It kind of doesn't make sense that I haven't played since Vari Ares's release, yet I'm still relevant in the rankings. Rankings which only include matches in the past 2 years (an example time frame) is a suggestion I have. This could deal with the problems with inactive members and reward improving players rather than the need for inflating the beypoints.
I just processed London Rising (WIP) and London Rising - BeyDays Ver. and ... @[Blitz] has been dethroned! @[Hell Kid] has taken back the number one spot on the BeyPoint System! @[ThePokeBlader] also had his first matches in nearly two years processed, and with a strong performance, vaulted himself in to the number eight position.

@[BladeStorm] Yeah, definitely, this is a huge part of the reason why over in the regional rankings thread I established a greater advantage to having active players.

@[Kei] I really don't think the advantage large tournaments have in point increases should be curtailed. I understand reducing the negative effects of small events, but there should also be as much encouragement as possible for hosting large events.
Alright I know the image is sideways, it's late and I'm too lazy to fix it. But is there some delay between points updates and ranking updates? Or is there some error that has to do with still adjusting to the new host/beypoint overhaul?

because this (Click to View)

Dark_Mousy is also #16 with 1,572 but you can't see that in the picture. I figure it's just a delay because all those people (except BHK) were all in events pretty recently.
Yes it is a delay, especially since I was in the middle of processing other results.
I just took in that I haven't beat @[JesseObre] in a tournament match in almost a year. XD
