No that was not posted on the official WBBA page, it was Hasbro's "fan" page. There is no official WBBA page I believe.

What about it? It's just Hasbros website for Beyblade. I don't see a big WBBA logo on the top of the page.
So yes- I do want more proof that Hasbro is really the WBBA.

I am not whining- I am merely pointing out that Hasbro isn't the WBBA.

and am pointing out who cares what form it is and if WBBA gave hasbro the permission to post that on a sight then what the problem

Also, either you already posted that, or someone else already wrote that information in the appropriate topic, the obvious general Beyblade Metal Fusion Hobby thread.
