I tried RF on Lightning L Drago, and I think its efficent. Because I dont think the HF is all that great. I think RF is better for attacking.
Isn't it obvious RF is better than HF for Lightning L-Drago? RF moves faster and it retains the Flower Pattern. Anyways, thread reported.
