Is anyone into SKRILLEX's music, or maybe just dubstep in general?

I was introduced to SKRILLEX's song Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites by a friend while on a study field trip out of school, and I gained interest in his music.

SKRILLEX's music mainly consists of all kinds of electronic music, especially dubstep. Many of his songs have very "dirty", deep bass drops that he is well-known for. His current most popular song is Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites with over 7 million hits on YouTube (It doesn't seem like a lot, but it's still going up).


SKRILLEX isn't too popular as far as I know, so I hope you can check out his music and post your opnions!

So, no one likes Skrillex here? haha.

If you've never heard any music from him before, he did some remixes to songs, which I think you'll enjoy.

i like dubstep its like slowish techno , techno is like my fav music but this skrillex is better then MOST dubstep songs cause half of them sound bad but the awesome 1 are like awesome ( couldn't think of anything to write)

skrillex CUSTOM MADE this for 30 guys from the area i live in. a couple of them even live in the same neighbourhood as me. they paid $15 000 for it (he initially wanted 25 but they negotiated it down)

i saw it when they premiered it live for the first time. carp WAS INSANE, like their soundsystem (or whatever its called) played so loud that you could feel the bass going through your whole body lol

I really like the song, I'm not sure how others feel about it though, haha.

i doubt he does, because they contacted him a year ago, way before he blew up lol

Skrillex are amazing.
I first heard it being used in a montage on Youtube and it hooked me, haha.

All the songs are pretty good but "Kill EVERYBODY" has to be my favourite.

Skrillex is the best dubster out , he is the reason i like dubstep , because at first i thought it was carp but now i love it

I like Skrillex too. My favourite song by Skrillex is 'Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites'. Anyone know of Cinema? That is another good song. Personally though I prefer Pendulum over Skrillex.

This is rather old news, but Skrillex's new EP is out on both Beatport and iTunes.



Some of you might already know this as well, but he also recently uploaded his first music video to his "TheOfficialSkrillex" channel to the track "Rock 'N Roll", as well as a remix (with Nero?) to "Promises". Both are really amazing, you can check them out on the "TheOfficialSkrillex" channel.

I really hope Sonny gets to creating an album for all of his remixes. It seems like they're still really popular, even though he releases songs one by one and not through an album usually.

I'm going to see him live in Lisbon on the 21st. It's going to be AWESOME!

I'm a big fan of dubstep and skrillex, I'm really glad people in the WBO likes skrillex!

Skrillex is awesome. I bought more monsters and sprites on itunes yesturday. I like first of the year.
