AR:Circle Upper
WD:CWD Circle Attacker
RC:Bearing Core 2

This is one of my best combos I've made, it spins awhile and it can hit pretty hard.

AR:Turtle Crusher
WD:CWD Defense Ring.
RC:Bearing Core.

HMS Blades:
Gaia Dragoon MS
Driger MS
Draciel MS
Dragoon MS
Dranzer MS
Einstein MS
Death Gargoyle MS
Wolborg MS
Thunder Dragon
Sea Dragon
Advance Averazer
Phantom Fox MS
Dark Leopard MS
Dragoon MF
Bloody Devil MS
Dranzer MF
Wyvern DJ
Advance Striker
Jiraiya MS
Round Shell MS.
Neither of these are close to zombies. Also, "zombies", as a strategy in HMS play, is pretty ineffective.
Eh, I wasn't sure what they'd be considered. Either zombies or spin stealers. That's what happens when your out of beyblade for awhile, least for me. x_X
They're not spin-stealers either. This is the best HMS spin stealer IMO:

AR: Advance Balancer
WD: Circle Wide
RC: Bearing Core
Haha, really?
Now I feel stupid.
*Changed topic to general customs*

Another combo I like.
AR:Circle Upper.
WD:CWD Defense Ring.
RC:Metal Semi-Flat.

Concept:Compact?

I've used this combo for awhile, it usually has enough impact to end up hitting the other blade out of the stadium, does it about 2/3 of the time.

I'd say Metal Change Core is a better option.
I've posted it before, I'll post it again, a combo that never lets me down, and is a wonderful all-around blade. It's not always necessarily the absolute best choice in a situation, but it performs beautifully in pretty much any situation.

AR: Metal Ape
WD: CWD God Ring
RC: Metal Change

It's so simple, yet so effective. I'll be using this quite regularly at BND, so train against it while you can!
I'm going to try the Ape Compact with CWD Defense Ring, and see how that works.
Ichida Wrote:I'm going to try the Ape Compact with CWD Defense Ring, and see how that works.

That was my initial combo. I found God Ring to be a marked improvement.
Ah. Guess I should buy a Shining God, then.
What about Circle Heavy? Wouldn't that be the best (particularly for offense)?
Well, of course I'll try it with CH, Defense Ring, and God Ring, and weigh the results to see what'd be good against what.
Hey! Try this one out, OP.

AR: Circle Upper
WD: Circle Heavy
RC: Metal Weight Grip Flat Core

Smile Change WD's around and see what works for you.
Tamer Brad Wrote:What about Circle Heavy? Wouldn't that be the best (particularly for offense)?

Yeah, that works well in some situations. I basically treat the combo as a standard frame with interchangable weight discs, pending on my opponent and the stadium. God Ring works best for me as an all-around, jack-of-all-trades blade. I switch it out with Defense Ring, Free Defenser, and Circle Heavy when I need to tweak the combo for the situation.
I read something interesting on Damashii:

Beholder Wrote:As all experienced players know, a high spin velocity adds many advantages; it gives higher attack, defense, and endurance. The shape of Metal Ape is almost a perfect circle form. However, you can't ignore its attack power. It has enough strength to knock out most endurance-type blades with ease. The cause of this high attack is the high spin velocity. Also, high spin velocity adds endurance. Due to this factor, a 60+ sec spinning Metal Ape retains enough attack power to knock out Wolborg MS. This AR is the best AR for compact-type combos. My suggestion is:
AR: Metal Ape
WD: Circle Heavy
RC: Metal Change
didnt most people switch to OHK combos making zombies and endurance types more or less defunct?
dieddead46 Wrote:didnt most people switch to OHK combos making zombies and endurance types more or less defunct?

It depends on the stadium and generation (plastic, HMS, or both).
hey wbo!!
i just wanted to ask you if i should buy a dragoon MS or not
P.S - if the U.V version is available, which one should i buy?
DGMSUV over DGMS. Still, it's pretty expensive. It'd be better of you spent the money on MFBs. It's your call though.

Also, this is in completely the wrong thread. It's in the wrong forum. You want the 'Purchase Consultation' Thread in the 'BeyMarketplace Forum'.

This is thread is almost 2 years old and is the wrong thread to even ask a question like this. If you want some help on what to buy, ask them here.
