okay then sure you can do that im pretty sure no one battled me for a elite 4 spot cause i would beatem this threads made me cocky.

i need some braces for my alakazam that might be on my gym team.all i have is a macho brace right now.but atleast i know where all the best evs are asnd my pokemon have pokerus im happy.

Well, I did say I wasn't done training yet. Soon, I will be ready for 3 v 3 battles! I just need to actually get a Chandelure with good IV's for once... I know, sorry. But the first time I beat you, it was legit, no? I only used Volcarona and my unfinished Darmanitan.

If it has Regenerator (which it definitely should, check this set) use this set. And I recommend delving into the finer aspects of competitive battling like EV training and breeding and such, I posted an EV training guide on the last/second to last page, check it out. -Stone Edge is mainly filler as Mienshao has no other viable offensive options.
-Life Orb is used to provide the most damage output.
-Stone Edge can be replaced with Fake Out for some free damage.
-The given ev spread with a NaÃ¯ve nature and Life Orb are to ensure the OHKO on Gliscor after a switch-in to Hi Jump Kick.
-A Hasty nature can also be used, the difference is negligible.
-An alternate ev spread of 160 Atk / 96 SpA / 252 Spe can be used to always ensure the OHKO on Gliscor with Hidden Power Ice.

-Regenerator only makes this set better by restoring Mienshaoâ€™s HP as it switches out. -In conjunction with U-turn, this makes for a perfect combination of move and ability.
-A NaÃ¯ve or Hasty nature should be used with Hidden Power Ice.
-Max speed should be used when running Choice Band to tie with Zoroark and other Pokemon with 105 base Speed.
