Some schools get really deep into beyblading at some point. An example would be that the art department at my high school is actually setting up for people to pay a little money for a high quality custom paint job with thin, hard paint that isn't ease to chip.
So your art department at your high school is providing a high quality custom paint job for people, and they have to pay a little money- but I don't see how that's related to beyblading, like I could take an aluminum block and have them paint it for me.
