At first, I was going to make a thread dedicated to animes "you wouldn't want to be caught dead watching." But then I thought that a mod may find this, label that thread trash, and close it.
Out of the animes I watch, Toradora! is one of the few in my list (and computer) that I wouldn't want to be caught dead watching. But even so, I find that this anime had a pretty good story, IMO. A misunderstood male, feared for the delinquent-like look in his eyes, becomes a miniature classmate's "dog" after he finds out her that her secret crush is one of his best friends. However, this becomes an exchange when he finds out that the girl he likes is this "Palmtop Tiger"'s best friend, and the two try to "help each other out" to win the boy/girl of their dreams.
I started watching this series when I saw a few clips of it on YouTube (like the Rie Tiger Roar). It then lead to watching a few more clips, which then ended up the final scenes of the anime. That's when I told myself, "I HAVE to watch this series to see how it gets to here!" Yeah, I'm stupid for spoiling myself. I couldn't help it, though.
Anyone else watched this series? What do you guys think of it?
