You can modify any performance tip by rubbing it down and that will give it attack. I modified an SD tip, an ES tip, a WB , and a FS tip. The only tip that I can use in WBO battles is the FS mod and that is only because it's a flat now.You should never mod a part if you only have one of that part and you have to be sure you want to mod a part. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND ONLY DO IT IF YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO MODIFY A BEyBLADE PART.
