These arent even his sigs! his own sig and some of them come from different photobucket accounts!

He means that you used pictures to make the signatures that you do not have permission to use. To use them get in contact with the creators of them.

Let me explain: To use some of the artwork shown in the banner you created, you need permission. The art, must be approved by the original maker or else you can't use it. Again, we ask you made these 100% right. Or else this is wrong.
