EG: Bought a bey with horrible performance.
well, to start things off, i will list 2.
1. Once i went to the markets, as one of my friends told me that they had real beys there ( i think he mans takara tomy... )
So i Spent Hours Looking through every stall/ shop i could find and when I found the shop he was talking about i went, NOOOOO! THEY WERE FAKE!!!
They were selling GG beys like Storm pegasis, Earth Aquilla and Lightning L drago, as well As TT Hongli Plastic beys. they were selling fake stadiums and launcher grips too, i was goanna buy a $10 pegasis there, but it wasn't worth it, so yeh...
2. When i first came to the WBO, i heard about Libras Game breaking power, so i'm like, maan i want to get that. so i went to BIG W and found they had a tonne of new beys. THen i found Earth Eagle and Flame Libra, but i chose Libra instead of eagle cuz of wat i heard, although i didn't know about pre HWS yet.. and its performance wasn't that good, wat a waste of $12...

Wouldn't Beyblade Mishaps or something be a good thread to post these type of things?
Anyway, based on the title of the thread, it seems more like to discuss things that Takara or Hasbro did that was stupid, not well executed, or was a bust in general.
You should probably change the title of this thread.

That happened to me too...
I bought Torch Aries 125D thinking it would be good, then I tested it and it sucked.

That happened to me too...

I was much better buying Libra because of My Brother stuck to it saying he would but this and this only.
Buying the "Pegasus Thunder Whip Stadium" from Hasbro for 10 bucks. Now my PTW doesn't live anymore..

also storm capricorne is cool as it jumps if done correctly
I think we should change the name of this to bad beys i've bought since that's what most of the posts are. People on here really should have used the purchase consultation thread before buying.

All the hasbro stadiums, except for portable. Portable may be "the worst" but it brings out epic battles and makes WB act like WF
Burn fireblaze, as well. I had to grind the tip on concrete and diamond to make it work properly >:< [edit]At least it's better than bumpking, even grinding the wings of bumpking off (in anger) won't make it better.[/edit]

From the Plastic Generation it would be Trypio. That beyblade barely launched right.
From Beyblade Metal Fusion, I'd have to say Storm Capricorn. It rarely wins a battle and has no stamina, what so ever.

When I bought a Sonokong LR launcher that's string kept breaking. This happened to two other of my friend's Sonokong LR launchers as well.

that's cause sonokong SUCKS at making launchers!
Broke two of my Beylaucher's L+R.....1st one replaced.......2nd one broke but I fixed it......but it ain't as good......
anyways my biggest let down happened when I was six and had over 60 beys.......lots of my attack rings broke......like 5 of them.....sort of why I quit beyblade for a while....and my mom sold them.....;(
When 2 of my beylauncher handles broke last night, I only have 3 and no R-spin ripcords launchers because the ripcords already broke. Plus, my only L ripcord launcher broke, and I'm not getting any more beyblade products for a long time.
I need more launchers, hopefully I'll get a Rev-up launcher and Gravity Perseus starter.

do you let the launcher go at the end of a launch? if not your causing stress on the handles which make them break
When I didn' buy Libra because it looked funny.
You know how AkirasDaddy is selling Attack Stadiums for $55, right? So I was saving up for one, and had $36. But then I went to a Wal-Mart with my mom, thinking they didn't have any beys, since that's often the case. But when I payed a visit to the toys section, they had shelves full of Legend Series beys. I ended sp spending all the money I worked hard on saving which was supposed to go towards an Attack Stadium on Legend beys
How exactly is that a let down? You made a conscious decision to spend the money.

You really shouldn't have spent your money....or at least before you did, you really should have checked WBO. All the Legends are terrible (aside from possibly Night, as it has decent defense).

lol, thats true. another let down for me is when they stopped selling beyblades at some of my local stores, it got replaced by ben 10...

if so, that is a big let down...
@ shadow pegasis: well, thats not really a let down as you shouldve just checked the WBO, plus the legends are just fail beys with tons of recycled parts, with crappy metal wheels ( as Evan said, aside from night... )
Thought of one. The tesco near me used to sell beyblades but then discontinued them around a month ago.
Speaking of discontinuation, when the original series ended was mine.
