I recently took up the interest of editing images for my own amusement. I have gimp, and iphoto, and though I'm just starting, I think I may be getting better and better. a day or so ago, one of my friends sent me a random picture he found, titled fat people love cookies, or something like that. he wanted me to make it look creepy, so I made it as creepy as I could. I'm fairly new at this, so please do not try to give me anything too hard to do. Make sure you tell me what you want edited in the photo or image, and I'll try my hardest to edit it.

How do you do that on Gimp???
i use gimp for my sigs.

I do it using airbrush and a whole lotta blur and smudge.
