Here is the current points system for the WBO:

Quote:Official WBO BeyBattles are held in the 3-Point Format. Every instance of the word
BeyBattle in the WBO rulebook is considered a 3-Point BeyBattle. The individual
battles making up a 3-Point BeyBattle are referred to as Rounds. The first Blader to
accumulate 3 points by winning individual Rounds wins. Points are awarded as follows:
•Out-spinning the opposing Beyblade earns you 1 point.
•The opposing Beyblade exiting BeyStadium earns you 1 point.
•The opposing Beyblade breaking or separating earns you 3 points. (Knocking the Bit Chip
off of a Plastic Beyblade does not constitute separation.)
•In the case of a draw, neither Blader is awarded any points.

Is everyone cool with this? The alternative would be the first to two points instead of three. I like this system more because it means you can't really win by luck, but if people think this method is too drawn out I'd be willing to hear some other ideas.
I think it's fine.
yeah we should stay like that
Keep it. I like it the way it is. =)
I don't mind whether it's first to two points or first to three but we should keep the points the same as long as we can.
The current points system is perfect.

This. First to two seems wayy to short.
I think that the 3-point system is pretty much perfect.
No need to make it any shorter, or any longer.
Keep this. Who cares that we aren't following Takara/Tomy's.

couldn't say it better myself.
I have a question and don't kill me if this sounds stupid.

You battle multiple rounds until a Blader reaches 3 points, correct? So one way to win would be to outspin your opponent three times? Breaking your opponents blade is an instant win?

This is correct. Smile
Thank you sir Smile
i like how this 3-point system better than the mfb's 2 point system..so ithink we should keep it =]
This is fine. I definitely don't agree with it being first to 2.
