That "some one" was Blue! He's not active on the WBO anymore, but he's an awesome guy.

I believe I saw it at some point behind the registration tables, but aside from that I don't believe I ever saw it ... :\ I really hope you can find it.

If it is still at the Sheraton Hotel, I think you may have left it on that table where you and that guy were playing Yu-Gi-Oh, as I last remember it being in that area. Though all of us were around for longer than that.

As for the Gold LDrago, I believe one went to Cye for winning the Early Bird tournament, and the other went to Problem for winning Hangover.
