Sorry I'm not a fan here. Yes, probably because I grew up in the west which is why, I like many others who didn't grow up in Japan will share a similar view on lolicon.
I started watching this anime called Moetan, I think its a lolicon anime. First few episodes were alright and funny but after a while it became too much for me to handle and I dropped it.
The images below of that anime will disturb some of you, sorry, but in Japan this is a kids show. It has no age censorship.

I like many things Japan, I watch quite a few dramas, anime and listen to alot of JPop but I really don't like this genre, but I can understand its fun for other people, so I don't judge.
I believe that Tamer Brad is just expressing what he has been brought up to think. A lot of westerners will think that this genre is totally sick and that is why lolicon will never leave Japan and become popular around the world.
I on the other hand have had mixed exposure to both East and West cultures so I'm at least able acknowledge this culture, but perhaps since I live in the western world I am more agreeable with Tamer Brad.
