"MyBB SQL Error

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1203 - User worldbey_wikidb already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server "

I doubt the site is getting DDoSed but I think you should look in the SQL Server Log Files.
Your not the only one. I've been getting the same thing multiple times. The site can become unavaiable no matter what I do to.
Yeah, idem.
Same here, many times too.
This server error deleted the chapter of my story I was going to post -__-
Well we've also dealt with Spam bots and I am wondering if the past four or five contributed to the errors, via Cookies.
It destroyed my Meteo L-Drago 100F test results, which is why I'm not bothering.

If you just returned to the previous page it should have still been there ...

Anyway, we are certainly aware of the issue as we get it just as often as you, and it is even more irritating for us because we know that it annoys all our members. We are doing our best to resolve the problem.
I used to run my own website before but it was a good while ago so excuse me If im wrong, but to fix the problem you either need raise the max_user_connections setting in php.ini , Get a VPS or better hosting (which im sure you already have).

I highly doubt its a denial of service attack since who would want to take down a beyblade website?

We upgraded our hosting plan already and are paying a lot every month but we get exactly the same problems ... We will try another solution soon.
