i used an effect on this crappy paint program my bro got on the pic of pegasis off BBSpirit, its temporary.

you can get it for free, but this isn't necessarily legal

Some people use GIMP, and it's a free alternative.

*raises hand to photoshop*. I use Photoshop and have done for about 5 years now. I got my versions through my mountain of Graphics Contacts XD. Just recently got the complete CS3 package =D.

My Sig is from some art from The World Ends With You's deviantart page. Though, with each passing day, I despise it more and more, so that will likely not stick around.

I randomly googled Goku, got a fan art, and use MS Paint to make his gi red, and to paint a bag, along with ugly snow, and an even uglier blue sky. I meant to get a Roshi Santa Claus picture, but couldn't find it. This picture will likely go under revision in the within the next two weeks.
My signature is "blah", got a hockey player pic from google, added bland, but true text via paint, and resized it.

Definitely the first one, it looked awesome. The glowing Face on the new one is a nice touch, but Pegasis looks too blob-like. If you really wanted to, you could add the light effect to the Pegasis picture and then make it look like it was hand drawn, but it's up to you.
I'll be doing that, I mainly switched cuz I didn't like how the colors chnaged on the first one, but I like this only better when its full size, when its smaller it looks pretty bad.
Just wondering thought this would be a good place to post. I never saw a avi/banner request thread on these boards. If im not just missing it would it be okay to make one?

No, there isn't one yet. However, I don't know how effective it would be, unless you were the one making the avis/banners.
We used to have threads like this back in OTC, Damashii, BBS etc etc.
