Is it just my computer or is it always this terrible?

Internet Explorer = Carp. Firefox FTW! I mean, come on. The name even sounds awesome! But ya, generally, IE sucks.

Even better, Google Chrome, FTW and beyond.
Firefox keeps restarting on me. I have to reimage my computer and since I play World of Warcraft, this means a day of no WoW...I'm not sure I'm prepared for that.

I've been having a lot of troubles with Firefox's latest update Speechless crashing, freezing, etc. I switched back to Chrome after taking a two month break, and I can't see why I ever switched.

I always enjoyed games like Guild Wars more then WoW Smug
Try using chrome. Honestly coming from someone who started using firefox back in 2004 or 05 chrome is a faster browser.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've always been partial to firefox so I never wanted to give it up...
I used to be real fond of it, but I feel it's gotten too bloated. Used to be a lean browser.
See, even Khel agrees with me. Smug But anyways, using a SD card to record and upload videos can be so confusing when you have a lot of stuff on your computer that you can't delete, and YouTube can make it so frustrating when you try to upload videos. Arrgggg!!!!!

I feel the same way about it. I've used Firefox since 2005, and it's just gone downhill over the past 2 years. Chrome FTW!
I just felt stupid. I was looking at the members list and I saw a "V" in blue and I thought "Who the heck is V?" Thinking it was an Admin I never saw before. Then I click it and see it was the V from "Kai-V" It looked like a seperate "V" because Kai-V's name was split because it was on the edge
Lol so many threads being closed Joyful_2
Did they make a list of which ones they were going to "toast"?
I've been thinking of changing my username for a while now. I was thinking of either shortening it down to "Chaos", changing it to "Cyber Mongoose" - A nickname of mine - or changing it to "Chaos Bladder" Tongue_out What do you guys think?

For me, Chaos Blader is fine.

I'm planning to change my name to MFGPCH120RF......Or Domination CH120RF...... or something that is related to MF Gravity Perseus CH120RF. Any suggestions?
Changing names is stupid.

Nobody cares how you or I are called. Besides, it's confusing to people who actually care about who you are.

I agree. Something short, simple and easy to remember is probably best.
So, it's 4AM right now and I am very tired/scared. I was woken up by my mum at 2AM because she heard a noise outside. She was looking out the window and saw a man standing there (a burglar/robber) so she quickly rang the police and the man fled before the Police got here. My dad spotted a ladder up against the house with the flyscreen part of the window cut open a bit. (This was after the burglar left). And the Police said they would look for him but found no finger prints. They didn't steal anything, but right now I am damn scared that they are going to come back again. Considering I am going to also be home a lone for a while during the day time.
Do u have pepper spray? Just hide in a corner with pepper spray. Or a knife works too

Haha no I don't, do burglars usually come back a second time? Hopefully he wont come back at all.
Shot gun FTW
Not but really just lock all the doors and block them up,and cover the windows and have a gun handy and hide in the closet. Also if you have grenades don't be scared to use them, these people will probably kill you if they get in :V,and if your scared just call some friends to stay with you.
You guys are being completely ridiculous.

Hiding with pepper spray and/or a shotgun? Really? Really?

The best thing to do would be to get out of the house for at least 24 hours. Find somewhere or someone you know to stay with, I'm sure they'll understand.
Chances are, a buglar isn't going to hit up the same house twice after being caught in the act so I wouldn't put too much thought into it.
Deikailio you should never overlook the moronic tendencies of you common robber

And leave your house defenseless? I'd rather stay and do my best protecting my house but I would also be the person who would run into a battle with 50 people vs me with only a shotgun and a magnum, but hey just me. But no buglers dont, wait correction only the smart one's don't
It depends on the individual. Because police does not always have time to properly monitor every house that gets reported.

Of course you do not necessarily want to stay there (alone) in case a confrontation does happen, but at the same time, leaving the house on its own without an alarm system is not the best idea to protect it.

Was it really the robber who had brought the ladder ?
