That type of question doesnt belong here.

Can you come to a tournament? To bring you up to speed, I am a Takara tomy beyblade seller on Amazon called WabbitStore. You can make us or break us if you can come to our tournament.

Ryu, finish up the filling.
I do believe he can, since I just looked at his profile; he's in DFW, obviously.

Jaygrazer is definitely an excellent seller. He sells probably all the Beys you need, Pharaoh. And you're going to need some of his parts if you want to win, if you only have Hasbro parts. Great prices.
Sorry guys, but thanks just the same! I'm sure you have great offerings, but you didn't really answer my question. If you don't quite catch my meaning; it would be like saying "Where can I buy green apples?" and you telling me you have great red apples for sale.

But thanks for the help, especially Ryu-X who took the time to read the post and peruse my profile ~ ! And you were right on the money with that "BD145."
Well, I don't believe any of us have had luck with finding those rarer Beys. I'm actually looking for Hades Kerbecs too, and I haven't had luck. I just managed to find one Twisted Tempo. So far, no luck. But I am hoping that I do find one soon enough.
Can we please establish a venue for this tournament ASAP, we want it WBO official correct?
@ RYU X
if you want a nib meteo ldrago hasbro pm me ill give it to you for free
Don't you want that NIB Meteo L'Drago? You could use it....

And when is the tournament? I might not be able to go if it's on the 28th. I have piano on Saturday from 2:30-4:00, so Saturdays will be out of the question. Unless it gets cancelled.
Um, were going for Friday night....

Oh. Friday night, of the 27th?

If so, that'll work. I'll pray that my mom will let me go, and drive me.
This all seems way too complicated for nothing.

Do you have at least eight people who seem really interested in a Beyblade tournament ?

Who cannot attend a Beyblade event on a Saturday ?
Kai-V, it was New Year's eve in the U.S. Everyone really went to Austin,TX another tournament that I attended the day before this one.
I cannot attend events on Saturdays unfortunately..unless I don't have piano that day, for some reason.

Shadow, please put me on the possible list for the 27th. My mom is still thinking about it.
i a be coming on the 27th shadow put me the list
I am not organizing this tournament. I will be busy, either jay takes this one bet or we wait till 3rd-4th week of February or spring break.

Spring Break, yes, at a park most likely.

As of now, what do you guys think of picking up beys on the first weekend of Feb. At Comic Craze?
I can't. Sorry. I'm busy that weekend.

EDIT: Wait, at a park? How come not at Comic Book Craze?
i cant buy anything that week or the next
Just get a private reserved stock for us DFW Bladers till spring break, once again I must save money for my trip to San Antonio, I cannot spend any on Beyblade at the moment.
Does anyone wanna meet up in the DFW area and just bey battle, my and my friends are looking for new people to bey battle

It's a shame that we can't have the same competitive following as Yu-Gi-Oh, with major corporate events throughout the year, even though people are buying Beyblades like crazy in North America. Part of this is probably because Bey-battles are so short, and Hasbro markets the many product combinations over-the-counter (as opposed to blind-boxes and booster packs.)

Between the quest for rare cards and the need to test decks over and over for major competitions, Konami has quite the weekly following. That kind of community lends itself to casual dueling throughout the week in Yu-Gi-Oh. With Beyblades, there's just less incentive for weekly play because competitors and events are so few and far in between. There's no higher paragon to work towards (without all ages 12+ tournaments), so it's rare you find someone say:

"Hey, you want to just spin tops, bro?"

( I use the simile because there's such an active Yu-Gi-Oh following in DFW, between major Konami events and local stores like Comic Book Craze, Cosmic Comics, etc. )
ah comic book craze i havent been there in forever! and yea i totally agree, i just got back into it and when my and my homeboy was planning a road trip to hit up a tournament or two i saw the age restriction, and went "man this sucks no wonder Konami is beating hasbro" if hasbro would do what konami did and have two sepreate leauges it'd be all over with all sorts of people playing more and probably making more money

Totally agree on the "Dragon Duels" nod. On the bright side, you aren't the only 20+ Blader in the DFW area. Might be a neat thing to bring around existing Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments to garner interest and keep occupied between rounds.
Guys this is about beyblade in DFW. Stay on-tpoic or head off to the PMs por favor.
