The contrast is too heavy. The skin should have more of a matte look. The skin on this guy shines too much. The hair also looks a little rushed, you should focus on the strokes more. I'd also look into adding more depth to the lines that are closest in perspective.

It's good for a cartoon, but I would focus a little more on proportion.
