Yeah, this movie's been in production for a while. Just some low-budget independent release, nothing major. The story looks true to the original series for the most part. The casting could be a lot better imo. Wily's an exception, his actor looks very fitting. Rock, Proto, and Light look decent, but Roll is a horrible choice..

OH! sorry didn't know xD. It really isn't a crossover, like I said before you only see other for 2 seconds. Actually you see a 30 minuet movie of DM then a 30 min movie of Rockman(2 secs of Lan/Netto in the DM movie and 2 secs of Shoubu in the Rockman movie). All the commercials in japan used to lead you to believe they actually had a full crossover! In de end it was just a publicity stunt by Shogakugan/CoroCoro.
Now that I think about it it's like a foreshadowing of OhaCoro
