i battled my friends combo with Meteo L Drago LW105 LF and i couldn't spin steal when we both had low spin.i was wondering is it really works.his combo was MF Earth Libra H145 WD.

It does not spin steal. It equalizes spin power. whoever has less stamina gets the spin. Don't make useless threads. Search, it is our friend.
