*goes to give a metaphoric one time only high 5 of agreement* well said, well said.

The problem is the Hasbro community has no real say or representation in the TT beyblade community, and until someone from the Hasbro beyblade community does obtain recognition, then we will continue to be ignored. in order to fully reach out to the entire beyblade game, the TT and Hasbro communities must unify. I have heard people dis the new badass Rev Up launcher which amazing just because it is from Hasbro. Its awful
Beywiki and the World Beyblade Organization was always for the competitive side of this hobby though ... Unfortunately Hasbro does not know how to make real competitive Beystadiums.
thats what we mean though. (not directed at Kai-V, nor anyone in particular) People judge MFB by Hasbro only on thier stadium quality. Yes, it sucks, but thats all people seem to look at, and it is incredibly irritating. I garantee that products like the Rev Up launcher will never be truely aknowlaged by the TT community simply because it isnt TT, and it sadens Leon, so sad where Leon is at the point where Leon must talk in 3rd person. Yes, Leon has reached that point of sadness

... This topic is solely about the Beystadiums Hasbro makes though. In general there is absolutely no problem with Hasbro's Beyblades, and for sure since we know that the Rev-Up Launcher appears stronger than the Beylauncher, we will recommend it at every occasion. It will probably even be added in the "What to Buy in MFB" topic. I think you are seeing this much worse than it actually is.
I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, but I'm going to quote a couple of specific instances as seen in this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Fg4L_U_Q...er&list=UL

2:27 Spinster states that this site has brought all of us together. I would argue that there is a large amount of "us" that use Hasbro Stadiums and other products. Soon after that they begin to go into detail about the competitive side of the site, which I understand is the main focus of this community and the game itself. However, despite the fact in the design flaws there still remains the fact that people use these products. A large amount of people at that. Isn't that reason enough to create something substantial for those members of our community?
Agreed agian.

While I do like where this is going, this conversation shouldn't continue here any further, as we are getting slightly off topic. Perhaps somewhere else? A debate thread maybe?
Yo, I think I know what this site wants to do, otherwise Brad would not have essentially given it to me. "Competitive Beyblade" has always not equaled "Hasbro Beystadiums", even in the past. Yet we have still kept this hobby alive even when it was dead and that nothing was even produced.
Once again, I am not trying to insult your intelligence, but I don't think that you understand exactly what I'm saying. Despite the fact that Hasbro isn't the absolute best for competitive use there are still many people who use it. Isn't that reason enough to make the Hasbro metagame more prominent on this site?
No intelligence is needed here ...

In situations like this, like mine, you cannot just take one value apart and deal with it alone : you always have to take all the values together as a set. Therefore, in this case, wonder how you can gather everyone while remaining competitive, and vice versa. This is what you do not understand.
I have found the Hasbro stadiums to be surprisingly challenging toward the sport - particularly with respect to the Super Vortex Stadium. It's very difficult to achieve anything much at all with that stadium (once someone figures out the EarthBull formula) so the sport becomes very much more strategic. For example - the walls in that stadium make attack type tips a feasible choice against Flame or Earth wheels, while those two examples also suffer from low-slung wheels like rock or evil . Some redundencies are innevitable in any stadium (night, anyone?) and this is diffinately true of this case.

Nonetheless, I really have found the vortex to promote a very specialist approach to the game and promote some deeply outside-the-box thinking - is this undesirable?
Thank you, Beylon. I completely agree. Just the fact that these stadiums are designed so differently from any Takara stadium, does that make them "less competitive"? Honestly, I don't think so. Kai-V, while I believe that it would be nice to have some sort of drastic change involving the inclusion of Hasbro Stadiums here on this site I realize that these things take time. I am asking that Hasbro Stadiums gain a bit more appreciation on this site. I understand your logic towards considering the whole however, isn't it only truly a whole if we consider all of the members together? The way I think about it is like this: Hasbro actually ships to many countries around the world. Takara does not cover nearly as much as Hasbro does. For this reason more people are using Hasbro products rather than Takara, at least on this site anyway. I realize I must be frustrating you on this, but I think it is very important that the higher ups see my side.

Hasbro Stadiums, while having very different design elements, are still a part of this game. Considering the areas that Hasbro ships to across the world and the obvious amount of people using the products, as seen by the amount of replies on this thread (the most replies in any thread in the customization forum), don't you think that we should consider giving Hasbro a bit more appreciation here?

The "Build Me a Combo!" Has More Replies/Posts Than This.
This is true, obviously. That is simply a place for people to obtain suggestions. What I meant, Stratus, was that in terms of in depth discussion of combos in the regular customization forum (not the advanced forum) the Hasbro Stadium thread has the most replies. By stating this I was simply trying to get the 'top brass' to see the number of Hasbro fans existing in their community that want a little more recognition for our trouble.
i have decided to make a new rule, for now on PM me your test results as well as post the results here. by doing so it will make it easier for me to record the tests so i can have the list up sooner.

if you have any tests you have done in the past few weeks also PM them to me

thank you

We want fair environments for our competitive play ... All the Attack types got no wins in the Pegasus Thunder Whip : that is not normal.

and that is why we have the lightning force and the max stampede, they make it way more fair then the pegasus thunder whip

though it would be cool to be more recognized in the WBO, we just are not in the right stage to really be, we don't even have a tier list!

anyways this conversation is getting really offtopic, i personally think it should stop, until at least we have a tier list (maybe not even when we have the tier list)
I just want to say that your "Hasbro top-tier list" will probably have Attack combinations only using HF, and that this is not right ... RF, R^2F and LRF are all obviously the best Attack Bottoms, or even MF. To have such a handicap that HF is the best Attack Bottom to use is not healthy.

from recent testing RF does do very good (about as good as HF and F)

and really as long as it moves fast and can get KOs then its a attack type really, whether the bottom is rubber or not.

really i dont think it is unhealthy at all, it is really just a different way of playing
RF should do much better than HF and F ... That is just physics.
(Mar. 02, 2011  7:13 PM)Kai-V Wrote: [ -> ]RF should do much better than HF and F ... That is just physics.

true, but as the hasbro stadiums are shaped differently that means that combos will work differently.

right now F and HF do better, but once rubber defence tips come it should change (to metal flat)
Let me say that that is why I love this thread. Hasbro has essentially changed the game.
I think the argument for hasbro stadiums is valid. Different designs will have different results. It's better to just have a tiers list for each different stadium specifically.

Hf would be high tier in some stadiums, rf high tier in others.

exactly, that is what i have been trying to say <- offtopic
Also if tournaments were held, there could be a attack stadium tournament and a max stampede tournament. So youd have to think about which combination to use for each stadium. I think it kind of freshens things up. Prevents combo usage from getting stale. You might actually see some less commonly used parts come into play.
