The face is an urn pouring out water. Aquarius is the Water Bearer and is represented by a woman pouring water from an urn. Yes. This is Aquarius.

Aquario looks like Bull and Pegasis had a baby; the prongs look sort of like Pegasis' (of course, the number's different), and the rings look like they came from Bull. It looks very cool.

Where can I purchase this? I really really want this.. but I can't find it anywhere. I like the Aqurarrio! My sign is Pisces... so this is the closest lol.
