Well seeing as last time we were waiting for i'm not sure but around an hour and a half after the start time for people to arrive. We need to know if that wait time will be as long as that, or if you plan on starting after just 20 minutes or so. With this information, we will know what time is early. Otherwise an extra hour earlier is only necessary, thanks to the waiting time.

If you arrive for 11.30 I'm going to make sure that this is going to be ready to go for 12.30. So you'll have about 30 - 40 minuets as we will need to set up where we will be having the stadiums, get the money side sorted and sort out the blocks by doing it the way we did last time, calling each person in to the bandstand which will take around 10 minuets if it's this many people.
