In little over a week the invasion begins...
Those made of burlap will cometh.
Some to protect.
Others to Destroy.

LittleBigPlanet

October 21.

Sony should pay me.
So dude do you have a PS3 yet?

I think I'll buy this same week. I am excited though, got a little hands on.
lol, I've had one since June. I just don't bother playing online, though LBP will change this permitting my router allows it.
whats all the hype of this game? isnt it just a sackboy with customizable levels? i dont see why such a big buzz?
I'm calling it: this game is going to be a disappointment.
I've played it at this Playstation Truck at some city event, and it's A BLAST with friends. You can customize your character in so many [silly] ways... and the levels require creativity, teamwork and a little bit of thought to complete. I'd so get this game, but I don't have a PS3 (or any 2008 gen consoles LOL). My friend does though *wink*

Agreed.

It looks thoroughly entertaining, and the level editor is a major plus.
Running around smacking graffiti on blank walls to open doors to the next part of the level WITH friends has got to be friends. The game has a Sonic feel to it, as you do quite a bit of running in between the puzzles, trying to collect more bubbles (don't know the name of the item) than your friends.

Oh yeah, I LOVE THAT CHINESE LION HEAD THAT TO HAS IN HIS AVATAR. It's sweet, when you wear it there are two long tail-like things that float in mid-air as you're running or jumping. My favorite item when I was playing.

It may be a finacial disapointment but...

Shun the non-believer!
so its more of a multiplayer game than single player? its like a party game?
It's a platformer, I've never seen a platformer that requires more then one player before. Take it like the Lego StarWars games, it can be enjoyed with a friend but doesn't require one.

Hardly a hater, just being realistic.

This game has been hyped to astronomic proportions. I don't think the game will be a complete failure, but I don't think its going to deliver on all of its amazingly ambitious promises either.

I'm still looking forward to playing the game, but I'm not buying it until the online co-op/stage editing patch goes live.

i agree this guy is a good sport and doesnt blow things out of proportion.
repost saturday:

Little big planet is so fun.
Everything about it just comes across fun. I started playing like 9pm yesterday stopped at 2:40.
At first The Garden section felt really basic but cheery and the jumping tooks some getting use to, but once some ghosts got involved. Jumping, grabing and swinging are very fun to do in this game because it happens so fluid. Physics are great, Im a bit of a nerd on that.

I spent easily like hour and half doing tutorials and messing with level creator. LMAO making a rocket powerd skateboard do a vertical jump. Once airbourne it spiraled out of control to the point my sack boy "died?" LOL

I don't want to overrate this game but it is more than I expected, maybe because the premise and controls are so simple yet replability and the depth of creation tools are awsome. Also if people are grudging this game for any reason they should play some anyway because i swear it can melt your heart. Sackboys are adorable and the platforming is solid.
/repost

I think this game lives up to the hype.. I actually had high expectations and they were exceeded.

*PS3 owners should rent this at the very least. Especially creative people, this game is stimulating on many levels.

Yo To let me know your psn ID when you get online.
My friend at work managed to get an early copy from GameStop and was carp begging me to buy it today.

After some of the stuff he said, I have to admit that I'm kind of sold.

I don't think I can, because I hardly ever played online I used my brother's ID, he doesn't want me to anymore, so easy fix would be making a subaccount. This isn't the problem. It's the DNS error I've keep getting on my PS3 when trying to connect online, I know it's a problem on my end, but I haven't a clue how to fix it.
