I spoke with Heart earlier in regard to starting this Thread, as I've noticed an increased amount of closed Customizations Threads as they do not comply with our standard regulations as to how a test should be carried out. These closed Threads seemed to use outclassed or competitively useless parts, requested their combos to be tested out by starting a new Thread, the use of a Stadium that isn't the Metal Fight Beyblade Attack Type Stadium, etc.
Because of this, it causes clutter in one of the most vital parts of the WBO, and it frustrates the staff to have to repeatedly close similar Threads.
Therefore, I propose that we generate a standard method of testing, in written form. The senior members here are well aware as to how a proper test is to be done, but this is more for Bladers who are new to the WBO, and have little experience with carrying out tests and posting results.
Also, it seems that people pay more attention to the inner workings in the Advanced Forum, instead of the Stickied Topics in the Customization Forum, which is unfortunate; I think it would be better if this was left here, unless a staff member would like to Sticky it.
Listed below are the four simple steps on how to conduct a test:

So, to bring it all back, you must remember to only start a new Thread in the Customization Forum if:
- You are not requesting a test of your Beyblade or theory in a new Thread; we have an appropriate Thread for this
- You have read around the Customization Forum to see if your Combo is not an incarnation of a top-tier Combo, and if your Combo is not similar to a Combo that has been posted already
- You have the necessary equipment to carry out a test as described above
- You have the Attack Type Stadium
- Your Beyblade is free of outclassed and or competitively useless parts
- You have tested your Beyblade against the appropriate top-tier Beyblades
- You have results written down, and they are good results
By complying to this handy guide, I am sure that all of you can enrich the Customization Forum, ushering in potential top-tier Combos.
To the Staff and other Veterans: please check this over if I need to make any changes to this.

1. Inspecting Your Test Beyblade (Click to View)
Before you commence the testing of your Beyblade, take a look at its parts. I stress that your suggested combos not be other incarnations of already proven top-tier Combos. Here are a few examples:
MF Vulcan Pegasis 85R²F, MF Earth Leone GB145WB, Burn Phoenix 145SD.
Also, please take the time to read around the Customization Forum to see if your Combo is similar to one that has been posted before. You can always use the Search Function.

2. Preparing for the Test (Click to View)
Once your proposed Beyblade is free of what are deemed as competitively useless parts, then gather all the necessary equipment, top-tier Beyblades, and Stadium to commence your Testing. For example, the list should look like this if your Beyblade is an Attack Type:
*I must stress that it is important for a person who wishes to test his or her Beyblade out in the Attack Type Stadium. I think I've hear somewhere that there were other types of Stadiums that were deemed legal for testing; correct me if I'm wrong. However, if other Stadiums are legal, I want to propose that we make the Attack Type Stadium the only legal Stadium to be used for testing.

3. How to Run a Test Based on Your Beyblade's Type (Click to View)
Now, you're ready to test! This section is very vital, so please read this carefully.
Attack Type Testing
In order test an Attack Type Beyblade, your Attack Type Beyblade must always be launched after a top-tier Defense Type Beyblade in the twenty rounds of required testing. Defense Type Beyblades that are WB-based must be launched at 80% power, whereas RS-based Defense Type Beyblades must be launched at 100% power; Attack Types must be subsequently launched by using the Sliding Shoot Technique.
When testing against a top-tier Stamina Type Beyblade, the Stamina Type Beyblade is always launched first at 100% power.
When testing against a top-tier Attack Type Beyblade, the Beyblade being tested must be launched first at 100% power, either by straight shooting or the Sliding Shoot Technique. In the next round, the top-tier Attack Type Beyblade must be launched first. The tester must alternate Beyblades launched first every round until twenty rounds of testing are over.
Defense Type Testing
In order to test a Defense Type Beyblade, you must launch the Beyblade tested first at 80% if it uses a WB Bottom, or at 100% if it uses an RS Bottom. You must test your Defense Type Beyblade against most of, if not all top-tier Attack Type Combos.
Stamina Type Testing
In order to test a Stamina Type Beyblade, you must launch your test Stamina Beyblade first at 100% in the first round, followed by a top-tier Stamina Type Beyblade launched at 100% power in the following round. You must alternate the Beyblade launched first in all twenty rounds of the required testing.
