Me and my friends are pro bladers and just want an official tournament if that would be ok and in the tournament you get 50 if you win and 25 if you come 2nd and quatre and semi finalists get 15 beypoints all participants gain 10 beypoints make advertisments so all bladers in Sydney know it will be held and so they know when.

You can't just ask the WBO to do this.
This will fail in SO many ways.
