You must provide results from the Attack Type Stadium. Also, you must do at least twenty rounds of testing, against a top-tier Defense Type in this case, because your Bey is an Attack Type.. Merely saying the combo is good is not good enough for us to judge it if we don't have results.

i can't find that stadium. I'm in the US and i was using the Pegasus Thunder Whip stadium.
You can only import the Stadium if you live outside of Asia, but in some strange cases, you can also find them in local stores (Vancouver...). In any case, HF isn't a good Bottom to use; rubber-based Bottoms are the way to go for top-tiers. Burn also works best on low Tracks, like Diamond's Burn 90RF.
if you have a takara stadium change hf 2 rf if hasbro keep it the same
i don't think burn has got sufficent smash attack (i dont have so i wouldn't know) you might as well change burn to storm.
