Well, I prefer not to do bank transfer as well because the bank CHARGE BOTH side when transferring money.
Ex. When I transfer about HK 400 to Hong Kong seller he only got about HK 260 EVEN i have paid HK 100 from my side.
I guess that's why none use bank transfer now.
Oh but if the buyer pays that amount if he really wants it then the seller is covered no probs for him then

If you do it through paypal, then the money must be sent to another paypal account. You can't send money from your paypal to another person's bank account.
You then just withdraw the money into your bank account. :L
