would burn bull ed 145 wd be a good combo if not tell me a better one

You need tests or people will not believe you. And ED145 if a bey gets hooked on the free spinning claws it will slow down its stamina.
Seeing as he made a complete stab in the dark, I would advise him to read the "Competitive MFB Combos" list.
