Chapter 1

it was bright morning when Kazuki, a medium sized boy with black hair and green eyes, woke up in his bead, that previous night he dremp that a fox came up to him and jumped inside his beyblade.

"That was one weird dream." Kazuki said aloud.

"Kazuki its time for breakfast." His mom shouted up into his room.

"Alright mom let me get dressed and ill be right down." Kazuki wend over to his closet pulled out a white t-shirt and blue jeans, he quickly slipped them on and ran down stairs.

"whats for dinner mom?"

"Sausage egg and cheese biscuits." His mom replied


Kazuki looked up at the clock and it showed 12 pm 11/12/10.

"Ahh!" Kazuki exclaimed "The tournament is in 15 minutes, mom where is Vulpecula!"

"Where is what?"His mom looked puzzled.

"My beyblade!"

"Your father has it in the basment fixing it up." Kazuki's mom turned around and went back to washing dishes.

Kazuki's father owns his own hobby shop and he restores beyblade that have went through a beating. His mother knows nothing about them, so when they get excited over a part she sends them down to the basement because she dosn't like hearing a grown man babble on about toys.

Kazuki ran down the steps and went over to the workbench where his father was sitting.

"Dad where is my Death Vulpecula?

"Right over there son, why are you in such a hurry?" Kazuki's dad said to him. Mr.Genda was a tall muscular man with brown hair and brown eyes. You would defiantly know it was him because he almost never took his work apron off that said 'Gendas hobby and restorations' .

"I got that tournament in the great park today." Kazuki said while he was running up the stairs.

As Kazuki ran through the house he grabbed his uneaten breakfast and ran out the door.

As he finally showed up at the park he saw a table for registration and final payments. Kazuki went over to the table and wrote down the exact model of his beyblade,Death Vulpecula EHC145MWB, and his name.

"Ah Mr.Kazuki we were about to disqualify you for being late. Its a good thing you showed up, your the first bowl on the left." The man pointed to the bowl.

There appeared to be another boy about 18 years of age with blond hair and brown eyes. As Kazuki walked over to the bowl he looked around, there appeared to be 30 other people battling against each other.

"Hey kid are you ready?" the boy said across the field. "May the best blader win."

"Right back at you!" Kazuki said joyfully.

"3, 2, 1, LET IT RIP!!!!" They both yell out loud. Right at the start Kazuki's Death Vulpecula went strait to the center of the bowl and stayed there, while the other boys blade zoomed around the ring like no ones business

"I see you have a fast attack type." Kazuki said to the other boy.

"Yes your little defensive blade will stand no chance, RAULE, 1000 WOLF SLASH!!!" within the blink of the eye the boys blade, Raule, started attacking at lightning fast speeds, all of them landed a hit.

"Im not going to keep this up much longer" Kazuki thought to himself "I think its about time to end this.

"SPECIAL SPECIAL MOVE, VULPECULA, DEATH BURROW!!" Right when the opponents Raule glanced off Vulpecula dug down into the bowl and went into the ground.

"Wahh, what kind of special move was that, whats going on!!"

since there was nothing to attack Raule slowly stopped zooming around and started spinning in the middle.

"Whats going on here?"

"You will see. Go! Go! Go! Vulpecula attack!!!" Faster then lightning Kazukia's Vulpecula shot out of the ground and slammed right into Raule causing a ring out... Kazukia won.

The rest of the tournament went by pretty fast for Kazukia, and in the end he one the grand prize 500 bey points bringing him to 15 thousand 500 points. as Kazukia was walking out he heard a voice.

"This one has potential, we must keep a eye on him" A random voice seemed to whisper.

Kazukia whipped around but no one was there.

Kazukia

"You know you'll never beat me, why try?" I said.

"To get stronger! C'mon please?" He asked.

"He" was my little brother. He was so... optimistic. He always thought that the next battle we fought, he would win. He hasn't won once.

"Fine." I said, unenthusiastically

"Yay! Three!"

"Two!"

"One!"

"LET IT RIP!" We yelled in unison.

"Nightmare Phoenix, Attack!" He said.

Phoenix started attacking Vulpecula viciously.

"Vulpecula! Stand your ground!" I said.

The attacks kept coming, but I wasn't afraid. I was just waiting for the right moment to strike.

"Now Vulpecula! Track Throw!" I said, suddenly.

All of a sudden, Vulpecula's track started to spin at a an alarming rate. And just as quickly, Nightmare Phoenix was thrown to the edge of the stadium.

"I see you want to start the real game. I'll show you how to play! SPECIAL MOVE! DREAM SMASHER!" Said my brother.

I could have easily stopped it, but I didn't because of how marvelous it was. It used the Metal Wheel, Track and Bottom to good use. First off, he used the Bottom. It was H/RF, which can change from HF to RF. It changed from HF to RF which caused Phoenix to move so quickly that it became invisible. He then used the Metal Wheel. Phoenix attacked the bottom of my Metal Wheel with the grooves on Nightmare to raise my bey into the air. And finally, he used the Track. After raising Vulpecula high enough he went to the edge of the stadium and charged down. When he gained enough speed, Phoenix became invisible again and that's where the Track came in. Phoenix's Track, WA130, then span so fast, Nightmare Phoenix flew at Death Vulpecula and knocked him right out of the air. The marvelous part was that it happened in about 4 seconds.

"That was fun, but it's over. SPECIAL MOVE! DEATH BURROW!" I said.

Instead of flying out of the arena, Vulpecula dove straight into the ground, came out and smashed Nightmare Phoenix out instead.

"Awwww! I got it to work perfectly! Oh well. I'll win for sure next time!" he said, cheerily.

'You might.' I thought, 'You just might'

After the battle i went outside to see if any blayders were in the street and sure enough there was. Two boys about the age of 15 and 16, he was wearing a dark trench coat, were standing around a bowl.

"Please don't do this i beg you ill do anything!" one of the boys announced.

The other boy let out a sigh and said in a monotone voice "Ok this is getting boring. LIGHTNING SCREACH TAKE TO THE SKY!!" at that moment the beyblad went blazing fast to the edge of the bowl and shot out of it.

The other boy stood up. "Wow congratulations you just committed a self stadium out. I don't know why i was scared."

"I do, look up" the boy in the trench coat said.

Up in the sky you could see the blade starting to come down.

"SPECIAL MOVE! LIGHTNING SCREACH DIVE BOMB ATTACK!" faster then the winner of the indie 500 screach came back down, landed right on top of the other boys blade and shattered it to small bits and pieces.

The owner of that blade fell onto his hands and knees crying.

"Why did you have to do that you monster!" the boy said between sobs

"Because i can. Is there not a blayder any where in this worthless place you call a town." The boy in the coat said.

I was shocked i had to do something.

"Hey dude why would you do that." i yelled while running over towards the bowl. How could you go around and crush peoples beyblades if you deem them unworthy of battling you!"

"Because i can, if they cant beat me they don't deserve to own their own blayeds."

"But that is unfair, Wh-" I was cut off before i could finish my sentence.

"If you think you are so good why don't you battle me then kid."

"Fine i will." i pulled out Vulpecula and attached it to my launcher. "Are you ready!'

"Sure, why not."

He pulled out his blayed and i was shocked it appeared to be a lightning screech 100 s, in other words it was built to be super fast and strong. I felt chills go down my spine when i saw it.

"Hey kid are you done caching flys, are you ready to start?"

"Yea." i said weekly cause i was to scared to have him even look at me

"Tha- three"

"Two"

"One"

"Le-"

He stopped and put his bey down. The boy pulled out a cell phone and he appered to be reading a text.

"Sorry kid i have to go, I will crush you and your puny blade to." The boy said as he put his phone and blade up.

He walked right by me and i couldn't decide weather i was afraid or scared. I went back in my house and looked at my clock 6:30pm. I wasn't really tired but i felt like going to bed. Hopefully i will dream about that fox again.

I woke up this morning, brushed my teeth, took a shower and all that wonderful stuff. I had to go to school unfortunately. I was decent in school, but, I really wished I could be blading in the time I spent at school. Anyways, like most school days, it was uneventful until I got my math test from last week. I got an A+! I always got something when I aced a test so decided on my favourite food, Pizza. We went to Pizza Nova and got a large Hawaiian with extra cheese. When we got home, I rushed to the kitchen and opened the box and saw a note taped to the cover. It read:

"Dear Kazuki,

Long time no see! I've finally made it to Muriziki! I fear "they" might still be after me. I haven't seen them for months now, so I think it's safe to assume they aren't tracking me right now. So I'd like you to come to my house tomorrow at noon. Address is 247 Angel Road. I hope you didn't forget what tomorrow is!

Lorenzai.

PS: You better not forget!"

I thought to myself.

'What's happening tomorrow that's so important?'

I went over to my little brother. He knew everything about Lorenzai. He even had picture of her in a secret compartment in his room! I was blunt with it.

"What's the connection between Lorenzai..."

I noticed his eyes started to light up.

"and tomorrow?"

"Her birthday."

"OOOOOHHHHH! Okay, thanks!" I told him, before rushing off to the basement.

"Dad! I need some help." I said, exasperated from the run down the stairs.

"What do you need, son?" He said, wiping his lucky Pisces Clear Wheel.

"You remember Lorenzai, right?" I asked him.

"The girl with the Holy Angel 100RF?"

"Ya, do you know a few parts I should give her for her birthday?" I asked.

"Actually, I have the perfect parts. Here's an 85 Track, an R2F, and a MF-F.

"Thanks dad!" I said while running up the stairs.

It was 6:30 so, I decided to eat my pizza in my room while I watched BMF(Beyblade Metal Fusion: Explosion). After It ended I took a jog to the Beypark and had a few battles and came home at 9:00. I was tired from the battles so I went to bed early.

...

Today, the day of the party, I was prepared. I had my carrying case with her presents and my bey and I left the house. When I was halfway to her house I heard a familiar voice.

"Let's do this now!"

I whipped right around to se who it was… it was the kid I saw In the black trench coat that destroyed the other boys blade.

“Who are you!” I screamed. “What do you want with me now.”

“I want to know where your friend is hiding.” he replied.

“Who! And who are you!”

“My name is Sarue and I am looking for Lorenzai, I heard she was back in town.” se said with a nonchalant look on his face.

‘What could he want with Lorenzai… could he be one of those people who were following her..’ I thought to myself. ‘I don’t know what to do but I mustn’t let him find her…’

“I wont let you touch her!!”

“Oh yea how do you plan on stopping me. Your just a little kid!” He said with a chuckle.

I had no clue he was right I was a little kid, he was much bigger then me and he cold probably easily overpower me. But then I knew exactly what I needed to do.

“I will make you a deal.”

“No thanks im not too into making deals with little pipsqueaks like you.” his face suddenly turned serious. “Now take me to her or I will force you to.”

“No I will battle you if I win you must leave me and Lorenzai alone…But if I lose I will willingly take you.” As soon as I said that images of that poor boy getting squashed by his lightning Screach terrified me. I knew there was almost no chance of me winning but I hade to give it a shot…


“Haha you might as well save your precious blade and just take me to her.” he said with a ominous smile.

“No I will battle you and beat you!”

“Fine but I must warn you I will destroy your blade.” He pulled out his launcher then lightning screach and I was so amazed at the power in that blade it was glowing blue.

“Three!”

“Two!”

“One!”

“LET IT RIP!!!!”

When I pulled the ripcord I felt my heart jump. For some reason that fox I have been thinking about lately popped into my head like it was waiting for me to call him.

Two minutes into the battle my precious Death Vulpecula was getting pounded into the dust. I was frightened I didn’t know what to do. The only thing I knew was that I had to keep my cool and hope that I would just get one opening

“Ok kid its time to finish this for good im getting bored. Take to the sky screach.”

This might be my one and only opening I must time this perfectly.

“SPECIAL MOVE, LIGHTNING SCREACH, DIVE BOMB ATTACK!!!!!!!!!!”

My chance. “SPECIAL SPECAIL MOVE!!! VULPECULA , DEATH BURROW!!!”

At that instance when Screach was zooming down Vulpecula went down. A few seconds later Screach smashed striate into the ground.

“NOWS MY CHANCE, VULPECULA , GOGOGOGOGO!!! I have you now.”

“Screach to the left.” he said so easily. And screach did it… my attack missed.

“Wha!?!? How in the world….”My jaw just about hit the floor.

“Im not stupid kid, now to end this.”

“Vulpecula please help I need you to help don’t die, please.” At that exact moment I saw the fox in my head get up and run to me. All of a sudden my blades rotation increased out of no where.

“What how did you do that!?!?” This time he looked baffled. “Never mind that Screach finish him

But at that time I saw a fox come out of my blade and looked ferociously at the Lightning Screach.

“What the hell is that!?!?!?”

The fox started growling and snarling and a bird popped out of the other boys blade. Both of our jaw dropped strait to the ground. The bird looked like it was trying to dive bomb the fox but something spectacular happened it looked like my energy ring expanded vertically and when the blades collided it looked like the fox bit the bird and threw it. I looked back down at the be blade and the Lightning screach was flung out of the ring. Sarue fell to the ground crying.

“How did this happen.”

I picked up my blade and walked off not knowing what just happened I looked down at my Death Vulpecula.

“So you are the fox in my dreams… You wanted me to call on you… What was that move… I think I will call it mother fox protection.” I said to my blade the entire time I was walking to the address Lorenzai sent me I was just marveling over this great power has now been bestowed u upon me.

ha, knew it was that guy who destroyed that kid's blade. I like the Fox/Vulpecula. Can't wait for the next part ;D

I love how some one sid they absolutly despised it lawlz but they really loved it lol

When I got to her door, I rang the doorbell. She answered, wearing a sky-blue dress and a straw hat. I walked in to see a bunch of girls in the living room, talking.

"You remember my sisters, don't you?" She asked.

"Uh huh." I said, scared. Ya, I remembered them. They ambushed me at during my last visit. Being spoken to by 6 girls at the same time is kinda had for your health (and your ears).

"Well, let's go outside to my homemade dish." She said to me, ushering me out the back door.

I walked outside and saw one person, my brother.

"You invited him, too?" I asked.

"Ya, I was only able to invite you guys because we just moved here." She answered.

I looked behind him to see an enormous beystadium behind him.

"How did you make that?" I asked.

"Well, I got 3 satellite dishes from the dump and cut holes into 2. Then I stuck them together with pieces of wood and finished it with some wooden stakes to keep it steady." She explained.

"Let's start." I said.

"Alright, three!" Said Lorenzai.

"Two!" said Akeshi.

"One!" I said.

"LET IT RIIIIIPP!" We yelled in unison.

The battle had begun.

As the battle raged on i noticed something weird.

"Bro where is your beyblade." I looked baffled

"Hahaha i was hoping you would notice, i got a new stamina blade." He smiled

"Wha!?!?!"

" You cant beat me without attacking can you? Nope didn't think so."

I didnt know what to do i couldn't use my signature move because there was no bottom to the stadium i would loose with a stadium out.

"Vulpecula please help me now, i have no idea what to do." i thought to myself. I knew i would have to attack.

"Ok Vulpecula lets end this early, ATTACK!!!!"

Vulpecula tried its hardest but being defencive it was very slow, and my brother being now stamina he was incredibly fast. Either i would totally miss or i would hit at a angle and glance off.

"Ok FLAME SERPENT SPECIAL MOVE FLAME FANG!!!"

My jaw dropped, what a idiot.

"i know this takes up a lot of stamina, but if i make contact it will throw him outof the stadium." I thought to myself. "OK VULPECA SPECIAL MOVE!!! MOTHER FOX PROTECTION!!!! i have you now little brother."

As the blade came towards me i new i will win. But it started circling around me, i didn't know what he was doing.

"Oh big brother im not that stupid, flame fang is a stamina move... it doesn't attack it increases my rotations speed."

I fell on my knees, i new i had lost. My Death Vulpecula was already starting to wobble. I stood back up.

"So brother you finally have beaten me i see." Vulpecula finally stopped wobbling and just fell to the ground."

"I know all your tricks brother, maby next time you will beet me."

I didn't know what to do i was about to cry, it finally hit me, maby im not such a great blayder after all...

"Kazuki, wake up and stop sleeping in my class." Ms. Rendey said to a sleeping Kazuki.

"Im sorry Ms.Rendey but i have be-" i was cut off.

"I don't want to hear excuses, Kazuki you have a EOG in this class so if you keep sleeping through the criteria you will defiantly fail this class." She said with a stern look.

"Im sorry it wont happen gain."

The past few nights i haven't been getting much sleep because i have been working on my stratigey with Vulpecula, ever since i lost to my brother i feel like i have failed vulpecula. It wont happen again.

It was about 4:00pm when i got home and my brother was loafing around on the couch.

"Hey is that you Kazuki?"

"Yea whats up man?"

"Yea you got some mail on the kitchen table for you."

As i threw my books down on the ground i ran upstairs real quick and grabbed Death Vulpecula.

"Where did you say the mail was?"

"On the kitchen counter, what when i beat you at lorenzias did you gain short term memory loss or sompthing? gosh, idiot."

Ever sense i lost to him he seems to have become a real jerk to me, i cant wait till i perfect my strategy so i can beat him. As i walked sorted through the mail i saw several bills, beybladers weekly and a letter to me from the WBO.

It read,

Dear Mr. Kazuki,
We are pleased to invite you and your beylade team to come and join us in the World beyblade organization east cost tournament. The tournament will be held in South Carolina on December 20, 2010. We hope to see you and your beyblade team there.

"YES!!" I screamed out loud. "YES YES YES!!!"

My brother sighed. "What are you babbling on about?"

"Me and my beyblade team was invited to a official WBO tournament!!! Isn't that great!!!"

"Yea but one problem retard."My brother was always a killjoy.

"What!!"

"You don't have a team"

My face instantly changed from happy to sad and my arms dropped by my side.

"Whaa...."
