It is okay, but it seems so flat, looks liek those games that are advertised at the side o the webpage.

Uuum Pichu, when I said character design/art, I meant artist for the cutscenes. I'm by no means a spriter. I'll just draw the characters with a range of expressions for the cut scenes.

You win the whole thing, and you catch the eye of the guy who was sponsoring the thing, Brad. He tells you his story and decides to take you to meet his friends ( Anubis, Rocky; etc.).Rocky decides to challenge you and you beat her.
They then decide to tell you of a story about a company called BladeAmerica. Apparently the previous World Champion has gone missing and was last seen with BladeAmerica employees going to a local tourny. They believe that BA is up to something.
Eventually, you find out that BA is planning on taking over the world and has infiltrated the World Championships with beybladers trained by them (the BA Bladers XD). BA wants to get back at the World Beyblade Organization for ridiculing them , causing them to loose their license as offical tournament organizers. They are going to start by infiltrating the World Championships and eliminating any opposition, with the ultimate goal being the takeover, or destruction of the WBO. Fortunately, the WBO team has made it to the Championships as well, and you are their secret weapon, as your sleeping BeyHEART has hidden properties...
What will the WBO do as BA begins it's domination through blading? Will you succeed where others would fail? Can you unlock your BeyHeart in time to stop the BA Bladers, and the strongest Blading Organization on the continent?
Editied for grammar, removed Nelvana refs, changed up the story. Some things you could work with are branching story paths, relations with fellow bladers, and if the different blading strategies could be worked in somehow, that would be great. But thats up to the programmers.
I would also like to offer my services as CoWriter of the Story, script writer, and Story Editor, if you need them. Just fire me a PM and we'll talk, because I've always wanted to work on a game! Let's do this.

I didn't take it from Anubis; it's just something I could picture him saying.
I wanted to sprite for the cut scenes, not the world, but it's your call. I was just going to throw it all in vector, and then rasterize my work.
Not to mention Rocky's mad chill. :o
Frag, the point was to HAVE the Nelvana references. That's what the game is about.

Oh, I think we should keep Nelvana/Hasbro in there TBH, and just do something like what Deikalo said, not making it there fault in the end.

Make it that the second to last boss is the head of the corporation and then when you beat him he begins to die but before he dies he turns dizzi into a real bit beast blade.and dizzi has full control of the blade and does not need a owner So the final boss is Dizzi Blade,First round is just the blade second round is the blade version 2 third and final round is bitbeast

Dizzi's motive: originally a super duper government secret AI, she used teh intarwebz to escape their databases...while one of the government agents connected to the intarwebz to check their myspace.
Throw the new connection, Dizzi found her way to Nelvana. There, she found their latest project: dub Beyblade! She found a way to hypnotize the dubbers into putting her in the anime. She then traveled to Hasbro to implant her high frequency subliminal message device into the Beyblades. It wouldn't be long until she would conquer her creators: the human race.

I already said Dizzi is behind all of this.
So.....You really need to take over the story for this. You are much more creative and funny than me XD. And that sounds really good. =)
I'll write a scene, in script format, of the main character's meeting with Dizzi. Gimme a few days...I like to work on my pieces for a bit.
