You can start one yourself by gathering people in your area or just post in WBO Organized Play and see if anyone is willing to start a tournament near your area

Yeah, and you need at least 8 people to attend to post there though

Nobody goes anywhere to organise tournaments. It is exclusively those who live there who can host events, so start doing something instead of whining.
