Alot of people on youtube costomize there launcher grip and i was wandering how they do it, an example is like they have L-drago stickers on them and stuff like that.

Those are Japanese stickers that are limited and not given anymore. You could only find them on Yahoo! Japan Auctions, if there are still any left.
